Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice experience we just thought the community was a little to big

The staff members are very friendly and do try their best given the circumstances and really do help out

I like the employees, a good place to live.

This is the second community I have stayed in. The first one I was not happy there because of care given. I am pretty happy with my care here at Brookdale.

This is a good and moderns community that provides a middle of the road experience for your loved one. My loved one feels very comfortable in the community. The staff are good to work with if we have questions or concerns. They have several activities for the residents to participate in. There are movies, exercise classes, outings, and more for activities for the residents to choose from.

I would recommend this community for your loved one. We have been please so far with the care that my loved one has been receiving. My loved one really likes the meals. They have activities like chair exercise classes, bingo, and more for the residents to do to stay busy and active. My loved one is still settling in at this time at the community.

It is not a big big operation so the staff are able to get a lot of personalized care. The manager [name removed] has just been fantastic. The staff really do care about our loved one and the other residents there. For everything that is offered and the quality of the care the value for the money is good. Our loved one really enjoys the music and singing and we would recommend them to other families

The experience has been great. I would recommend this community be on your short list to view. The meals are very good and the food is excellent. I find it inconvenient as dinner is served at 5:15 as the only options. They aren't allowing visitors in the dining room due to the COVID protocols. If a resident wants to eat their food in their room the food must be ordered ahead of time. The staff are professional. The location is very good. We are very happy so far. There are residents that have been in the community for a long time. They are able to accommodate multiple care types, so your resident can go from independent living to assisted living, and then to memory care.

This was a nice community with friendly staff. The drawback was the bathrooms were across the hall from the residents rooms.

The staff members keep the community very clean and they do have a ton of different activities going on all the time. When our loved one first moved in she always raved about the meals, but given the circumstances and some supply chain issues the meals and dining service can be a little bit of a hit or miss. However we would absolutely recommend the community to others

Our tour at Brookdale Charleston Gardens was fine. It was probably as good as the place we chose. It just came down to personal preference.

There is a lot of space for the residents to walk around inside and outside and the property is very nice. It has mature older trees and we just really like the setting compared to some of the newer facilities we saw. The apartment sizes are very nice and it is working out great for her. I would recommend Brookdale Club Hill to others looking.

Brookdale Galleria was a nice facility that was recently remodeled. It is a high rise and was a little more expensive. It is in a concrete area and did not feel as safe as it is downtown. If you are used to condominium living I think it would be a great fit but it just was not what my loved one was looking for. The people were all great, it was like the property that was not a good fit.

After losing her husband, my Mom decided to leave TN and move back home to FL. Our family found Colonial Park Brookdale and decided it would be a good fit. The staff were very helpful with the whole process. My Mom has been there for about 3 months and the family is so happy to have her in FL in a safe and caring environment.

This was a good community. We wanted a day program for our loved one and they didn't feature one at the time.

The staff really is attentive to the residents. They give hugs and try to make sure the residents feel good and engage in conversations. They'll arrange the residents with other residents they think they'll be able to talk with and have conversations with. I really like the communication there. And my loved one is getting involved in more activities, things like art classes, exercises, etc..

This has been a good experience. It has helped my loved one in improving their health. The staff have been friendly and easy to work with if I have had questions or concerns over my loved one. Medication management, staff assistance if my loved one is not feeling well, and transportation as long as they have a driver is some of the care the community is able to provide. I wish they would have more of a consistent driver available to assist the residents with transportation. Housekeeping, changing of linens, utilities (except for land line and cable), apartment, laundry all the meals, and care are included in the monthly fee. My loved one has loved the meals. There are choices and my loved one feels all the food has been delicious. They have a nice variety of food to offer.
