Brookdale

Would recommend but advise to get medical care elsewhere....definitely not use their doctor for any ongoing care or medical action plan. We picked this community because of the homey atmosphere. Mom didn't need bells and whistles instead a community.

It is always an adjustment for people to move, especially when they weren't necessarily ready for it. And my parents are getting used to it, they seem to be enjoying being at Brookdale Adrian. The staff has been really great. The care for my dad has been really great, also. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

improvements can be with the Care & Cleanliness. That's all my momma was only there a few weeks before she passed. She seemed to love it, but their evaluation of her capabilities were off. She needed more assistance and were told often it wasn't in the plan. Mom made friends quickly who were helpful. It was very bittersweet for me and have a hard time sharing about it. I have so many raw emotions still.

After looking at several facilities Brookdale Central Paradise Valley has the best atmosphere. It feels comfortable, accessible and friendly! The room sizes here as well as the amenities that are offered to the residents are better than any of the other places that we looked at. I would and already have recommend Brookdale Central to others!

What stuck out about Brookdale Boulder Creek over other places we looked at was that the facility itself seemed very clean. It smelled pleasant, furniture and décor was updated. There was a warm inviting environment. Our favorite spot was the plaza outdoor area. I do feel they were pretty expensive. I would recommend Brookdale - budget pending.

Usually the room is clean and so is the resident. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Resident claims everyone is friendly to her.

It is a lovely facility but just a little out of our budget. They did try to get the costs down for us but our dad's health needs were high.

Brookdale Roanoke is a very nice facility and the staff there are top notch! The rooms are small, but they do that on purpose. Too much is confusing for the residents. The common areas are very nice. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale to other families looking for memory care.

They accepted my father. A few other places didn't. The location is close to where my aunt lives. I would recommend.

My father is a new resident at Brookdale Chapel Hill Memory Care. The staff seem very friendly and attentive and seem to work well together. The housekeeping seems good. The meals are not good, but I don't expect them to be and I'm sure no facility like this has good meals. Based on the intake experience and our experience so far, I would recommend this facility to others. I will come to know the facility much better in the coming months.

I would recommend. My experience has been mostly pleasant. People and staff friendly. I picked this community, because it was recommended by a co-worker. Diversity of residents. Close proximity to my home.

The main reason we chose Brookdale Niskayuna over others we saw was because they had services we needed, and a friend's mother lived there for awhile and said she had a good experience. I think the staff and the residents are very friendly, and seems to be a stable crew of people (i.e. less turnover than I'd expect). I would recommend this facility to others looking for assisted living care for their loved ones.

The staff are great, very helpful. The housekeeping are not good. The management is very good with our family. My move in went smoothly. The meals are okay. Overall, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

It was a very, friendly and caring place. All the staff was very nice.They helped us get into the facility fast as our mom was in a rehab facility. They made the process easier for us. I would definitely recommend them! And thanks to A Place for Mom on helping us with the process

overall very good. ON going problem with billing dept. The monthly payment comes out of the account automatically yet we continue to get past due amount every statement. many conversations with billing

take really good care of my father with Alzheimer's. Very friendly and seem to really care about all the residents

I love the community and the staff. they do a good job and are always nice. I have made a lot of new friends. I am happy here.

My Mom was only there for a few months. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and that is the reason we chose this facility. They take care of their clients and are engaging. I'm having difficulty with settling my Dad's account, but I'm hoping that will be rectified shortly.

Despite staff turnover, have managed to maintain high level of care. Most staff demonstrate real concern for residents and keep me informed about any concerns. Fee increase this year far exceeded inflation.
