My loved one was welcomed kindly and warmly. They have SOME great nurses that know the resident individually and treats them based on their individual personalities. Dissemination of information across the entire team seems to wane at times. The facility is always clean. The residents look appropriately dressed and clean. They seem to want to make sure the residents are well taken care of.

Apartment is spacious and well lit, laid out nicely for both safety and aesthetics. Director [name removed] is responsive and efficient; she is great to work with! The facility is beautiful, with tastefully- decorated common areas and well-maintained, pleasant landscaping. Food looks good; Mom seems satisfied with it. It's affordable, especially compared to similar facilities in the area. Residents look happy. Staff is kind and friendly. The only reason I rated it a 4 rather than 5 is that there has been some communication breakdown between the director and staff. The first time that happened, it delayed Mom's move in by 3 days. But overall, we're very happy with Brookdale and would highly recommend it to others.

The care is good and the place is clean. The food is good my mother said. We just have several kinks we are still working out. I would just recommend double and triple checking price prior to actual moving parent/grandparent into Brookdale.

My mother in law and others have dementia. They don't know when any activities are happening and the staff should knock on all doors to say hey, Bingo is happening in 10 minutes, want to go?
