Brookdale

This community seemed very clean and nice when we visited. The person that took us on tour was friendly. They have walking paths and they allow animals.

This looked like a very nice community when we toured it. The people we met were nice and knowledgable. This community would be a cozy space for most people.

This was a fantastic community when dad did his respite stay here. The caregivers are really nice. They offer daily activities and dad liked the food. The community is very clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this community.

I like the care that my mom is getting here. The community is clean and maintained. The meals are appealing and the residents seem pleased with the variety. The activiites are offer to the residents for them to participate. We would recommend this community and the care that is offered to other families for good care.

Selected Brookdale for several reasons: when the staff is happy and you can tell they love their jobs, you know they will take care of your loved one! Also the facility is clean and food is excellent..

This is a fabulous community. The staff are friendly and helpful. The director and the head of wellness are great. Dad liked the food and they offer a lot of activities. The community is clean, bright and modern. There is a nice area out back. I would recommend this community.

[Removed] spent a lot of time with my mom and dad and I when we toured this facility in January. He introduced us to the Brookdale Home Health Care and their therapists. My parents used both of these services in their home before moving to Phillippi Creek in April. A big plus was being able to choose a meal from a menu.

Brookdale South park was another community that I toured. The facility was clean and well maintained. Everyone there was friendly and the tour guide was knowledgeable. It was a good choice but I found another community that fit my husbands needs best.

When my father looked into Brookdale Robinwood, he liked the fact that there was a private room available. The facility is nice and clean and everyone was very friendly, but my father is still doing just fine at home so he is not ready to move.

I really like Brookdale Lake Ridge. It is close to my home, closer to my price range, and very nice. I will definably consider it when the time comes.

A great place. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because the renovations are not completed yet which includes the kitchen.

Just moved my parents in to Brookdale and they like it very much. They're still adjusting so my scores are based on initial perceptions. They enjoy the food and enjoy meeting new people at the facility. So far, everything is going really well. The highlight attraction for my parents was that my mom (completely mobile) could live with my dad (very limited mobility) and the additional cost for her was less than what she'd be paying if she lived on her own. Very happy so far.

We liked Brookdale West Hartford when we toured. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. They showed us around and gave us good information. We found another Brookdale that for my loved one's needs better, but this one was very nice as well.

I toured the Brookdale Kerrville and it was a very nice place. The tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful, they took me around the building and answered my questions. The facility was clean, it was a good experience.

The Brookdale Allenmore Independent Living was a beautiful community with nice amenities. The problem was that it was priced way higher than I could afford. I have a certain income for the year and I can not afford to spend it all on an apartment, but the community was very nice, I recommend it to anyone who can afford it.

During my mom's adjustment, the staff have gone above and beyond. I can't say enough great stuff about their care, empathy, and availability. I have been there enough with her, encouraging her to be apart of the variety of activities and meals. They have an excellent cook who makes a variety of food to pick from and accommodating special needs. I don't see the activities coordinator talking down to residents but encouraging them. Mom looks forward to the days for manicure and a hairdresser available to the facility, She has an excellent doctor for her care, he is very friendly and recalls everyone's name. They allow small pets as long as the resident can care for their own pets.

I think Brookdale Santa Catalina is the most beautiful place! There is an area to hike and a wonderful desert landscape behind the community. The lounge is a place you could picture yourself with a book or playing a game with a friend.I like the residents here I have a lot of similar interests with them. The staff is pleasant and helpful. One thing I have noticed is the staff appears a little overworked. They need to be more careful because sometimes their response time is longer than ideal. I chose Brookdale because of the size and the wonderful view. I am happy so far and I look forward to getting more involved in activities!

What we liked about the Brookdale was how well maintained it was. Also, the management and caregivers seem to be very delightful. Since my sister moved in, she is still adjusting to the changes, but they seem to be helping her out as best as they can. We liked how they have individual houses versus everyone being all together like in other places.

My parents are really enjoying the facility. They like the food and mom is enjoying the BINGO!!! The staff is friendly and helpful, they are also easy to reach.
