Brookdale

My brother lived at Brookdale Plaza (The Meadows) for 10 years. Brookdale offers many very nice amenities; things like the pool, dining services, resident activities, etc. However, the best and most outstanding feature is the wonderful staff. Over the years, my brother enjoyed the friendship of so many kind, warm hearted people from every department; people who went above and beyond to meet his needs. They not only cared for him, they sincerely cared about him.

The nurses were quite diligent. Mom came through the experience alive, which we are very grateful and something you could never put a price on. They even got mom to participate in some sort of balloon volleyball game which she loved. Lots of great community interaction. Everything was just done in such an understanding way. They truly understand the needs of these elders. Emeritus really has a heart for these older folks.

Very nice, excellent, was not as thrilled with floor plan, price was more out of line than the other places, clean, residents seemed to be happy, lovely rooms. Craft room, showcased some of the resident's work. Did not look like residents were participating.

Overall our experience with Brookdale Arvada has been a good one! The staff are all very friendly, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. We haven't had any problems at all, and I would recommend this place to others looking into senior living in the area!

Everything has gone very well so far at Sterling House! They take great care of my loved one, and she really seems to like it here! We couldn't be happier. The staff are very friendly and treat all the residents very well!

3 separate areas, they offered all care and the ability to move from different levels of care, rehab available, you can move as needed based on care. Continental breakfast all day, covered terraced patios to go outside, ability to sit outside without dealing with the elements. Still has that sense of freedom. Automatic doors give accessibility. No stairs, elevators. Little cafe's for coffee/bagels, pub room to watch sports, not restricted to rooms.

I stay at the Emeritus Arrowhead in Glendale, Arizona. The Staff is excellent and take really good care of their residents. Their food is great. The place is great and beautiful and the staff is friendly, care and professional. I am very pleased with their overall services.

I think they do a very good job. It's an excellent place. We are using this for respite care for now, but I hope we can keep him there. It's clean, the staff is very friendly. They have a lot of activities, and they take good care of their residents.

The staff at the Villas Courtyard is very patient and friendly. I witnessed on multiple occasions, where the staff went over something with their residents several times to make sure the person understood and was comfortable. It's a great staff and great value.

My mother lived here for 2 months before her death. I spent a lot of time sitting with her in the common areas so I saw a lot of activity. The meals were very good and my mother looked forward to them. The overall treatment of the residents was cheerful, respectful, and gentle. Everyone was very responsive to my questions & concerns regarding my mother and her declining health. I'm very thankful she spent her final two months with these people.

We are very happy with the Clare Bridge of Sun City West. We feel very fortunate in finding this place. As soon as we walked in, we knew this was the place. Even my father, he likes to go visit my mother every day, and they made him feel be a part of it. He is very happy too. We are truly blessed. This place is fabulous. W are very happy and pleased.

This is new to us, it hasn't been very long. So far it's very good and I think it's going to be fine. She has adjusted very well considering the year that she has had recently. They have their act together and they are trained to handle dementia. I am optimistic.

They are absolutely fantastic! They are fabulous, when we came she was doing pretty well. The staff fell in love with her and she fell in love with them. They have taken great care of her. We ended up needing hospice, and Sterling house has worked with them beautifully. They hug her and kiss her, and tell her how wonderful she is, and they help her be at peace here in her last days. The facility is clean and beautiful, and the staff are all marvelous, they are so responsive, they must have someone there that is just so good at hiring their staff. It's a very homey place, and I saw a lot of interaction between staff and residents when I first toured. I tried to offer one of the staff a gratuity, and they said absolutely not, they will not accept a gratuity of any kind, but they will let you contribute to the staff holiday party.

My loved one was here for several years. They were great, they were amazing. They had to be, they were expensive. They would take two or three van loads if they have that many people sign up. They were very accommodating that way.

Things are going very well for our loved one at Clare Bridge of Westampton! It's a great looking facility, they keep everything clean and well kept, and the staff are all very friendly and caring. My loved one is really thriving here, and has shown a lot of improvement since moving in. We're very happy with this place!

The Brookdale Spring Shadows is a great place. I really like it there. Cleanliness and friendliness is wonderful. Great caregivers are wonderful, but I would suggest on care services, there are some improvements to be made. I have to say though, there is one lady, who has no patience and just doesn't seem to be enjoying her work too much. The manager of the property is just wonderful and everyone loves her. I plan to speak to the manager about this person. Otherwise, the place is wonderful.

This is one of the places I toured when we were looking for a place. I loved Wynwood, I loved the friendliness and the interaction. I didn't choose them because it was a little too far and the place I chose is more all inclusive.

Everything has gone very well so far at Emeritus at Southpoint! It is a very nice looking, clean facility, and the staff have all been very friendly. They have been great about staying in touch with us throughout the whole process, and even came out to visit our loved one while we were waiting for a room to open up. They have a lot to offer their residents in terms of care and amenities, and the food always looks good when I visit!

Please let us express to each and everyone of you how very grateful we are to the care you gave our father over the last 2 and 1/3 years. We have all felt nothing short of your love and compassion during these months. You have helped each of us understand how complex dementia is, but at the same time with positive attitude, love and patience, we were able to help dad through this journey. <br />You feel love coming through the front door! The times we would become frustrated, you knew when tot step in and guide us through. My dad was truly blessed to have you all as his second family. You all amaze me and my siblings with your constant love an compassion. This to me seems on e of the hardest jobs I have ever witnessed. <br />We all will miss being a part of Emeritus Family. Dad loved you all, that I know for a fact. You maintained his dignity through his journey, from baths to feeding to just giving him your time when he became afraid or lonely. <br />We all can never thank each and everyone of you for your love. May God bless each and everyone of you.

We're very pleased with how things are going at Sterling House of Merrimac! It's a nice looking, well kept place, and the staff all seem very friendly. It has a very relaxed, homey atmosphere that I thought my loved one would really thrive in. We saw some places that were fancier, but I think they just would have been too busy for her. The staff here also just seem more caring and in-tune with their residents.
