Brookdale

Caring, professional and friendly - these were my first impressions of Chambrel and the property continues to display these qualities, as my Da d settles into his new home. I feel confident that his needs are taken care of and that Chambrel will treat him as a member of the family and not just another resident to add to the overall headcount. My Dad has only positive feedback thus far. I would recommend Chambrel to those searching for a far above average housing option for their loved ones.

Friendly, helpful, attentive tot the residents' needs. So far, after two months, we are very pleased.

The Carolina House is perfect for both of my parents. Laura, Chris, Ashley and Mike have been exceptional and help my sister, my parents and myself any way that they can to make my parents stay at Carolina nothing but the best. A major concern of ours was the food and my parents have loved every meal. One of the added benefits of Carolina House is that my parents can walk to their doctors. Carolina House has been "Heaven sent" for us.

Everyone went above a beyond my expectations. My mother was well taken care of for the 2 weeks she stayed there. I totally recommend this rest home to anyone looking for a place to have their loved one.

The facility is beautiful, very warm and inviting. There are daily activities that keep the residents engaged. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Whenever there is an issue or question it is dealt with right away. It was a v ery difficult decision to have my mom move here after our father passed away, but it has been the right choice. She is getting the daily care she needs and we are able to spend quality time with her.

My folks are 89 and 90 and recently moved to emeritus on farm pond. From the initial meeting they knew this was the place for them to live. The people are exceptional, the facilities are amazing and the residents are friendly and helpful! We could not be more pleased!

Parent has been very difficult to deal with for over 3 years. Guardianship awarded this summer. Seville Estates has welcomed parent with consideration and excellent care in spite of early combativeness on parent's part. Staff state they find her very easy to get along with. Care is apparently going very well vis a vis medical care and treatment. Children are relieved at not dealing with parent on a daily basis.

They are totally on top of it! When the whole thing started, Sheila (their marketing person) could not have been more on top of things, and in a very nice and friendly kind of way. It also does not smell like an old persons place. It feels like home, and is a very pleasant place.

Everybody at Brookdale Arvada is very friendly and genuinely cares. We have seen a little communication breakdowns, such as when going from one shift to another, instructions on what to do. We've seen a couple of things get dropped. We are very happy!

Overall everything has gone very well with Emeritus at Legacy Crossing! It is a nice looking place, and all of the residents seem well cared for. The staff have all been very kind, and they were very helpful throughout the whole process!

They are wonderful. They are clean, and the staff is friendly. They have awesome activities, we have to tell her to slow down. The food is good, they have enough variety. We liked the location. The minute I walked in the door I knew it was the right place, it had that homey atmosphere. It just clicked all the boxes for me. She is beyond happy there.

The biggest positive about Brookdale Briargate is that they are really caring people. I was a little disappointed at one point when a verbal agreement we had made they reneged on. They have been incredibly kind and supportive.

We really like the Brookdale Gaines Ranch community because of its location and all of its amenities. My mom also lived there for a while and she loved it there, so that really made a difference for us when we were searching this time around.

They were very easy to work with. I do think their medicine charges for dispensing medicine are a bit high, but other than that we are very well pleased.

They have been great, she is so happy there. They have been real attentive. The food is okay. They have plenty of entertainment. The maintenance guy, Joe, is really a nice guy. We chose them because they offered the level of care that we needed. We also knew someone else that was already there and happy.

The staff is great and I think that the woman who runs the place runs a very tight ship. My Dad is tough one to please and has accepted being there and he is very happy now. All the staff are very helpful and wonderful! a nurse alerted me to an issue with my father, so we took him to the hospital, she was spot on! Thanks to her we were able to correct the problem.

I enjoy myself very much, It's a nice place, and I wouldn't want to go any place else. They are doing a very good job. It's clean and the staff is friendly, out of five I would give them a ten.

We had difficulty finding a home for my dad because we didn't know the area well. My dad lives in the memory care area there. The staff is so friendly. He is happy and clean and that is the most important thing to us. He has lived there for about 6 months and we couldn't be happier. Anytime we have a concern it is addressed quickly.

We toured this location when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this was a beautiful place! Everything seemed very high end, and the staff were all very friendly! However, it was also one of the most expensive places we saw, and outside the price range that we were looking in.

We moved my loved one here after a very bad experience with another community, and the difference has been like night and day! He has improved so much since moving in here! The staff here are wonderful, they are friendly, attentive, caring, and genuinely concerned with the wellbeing of their residents. They have experience and knowledge on dealing with people with dementia issues, and my loved one is finally getting the care that he needs. We did not select this place initially because of the high cost, but it really seems to be worth it, they do an excellent job here. I would highly recommend them based on our experience so far.
