Brookdale

I have been very impressed with Brookdale East Mesa. The staff have all been very courteous and always address me in a courteous manner. I am really impressed with all they have done and continue to do. It is a really great place.

Everything has worked out very well with Clare Bridge of Winston so far! It's a nice looking, clean, well kept community. The staff have all been very friendly, and seem to take great care of the people who live here.

The staff at Brookdale College Square have been exceedingly friendly! Having spent years in management of social service programs, I have a pretty good feel for the sort of role they play there, and I was very impressed. I was also impressed with their healthcare program, which was part of the reason we decided to place dad there. It's good to know that they have an excellent nursing staff available. All the staff are attentive, have gotten to know dad personally, and I get no vibe from dad that anything is not going great. I am very pleased, especially compared to the experience that we've had wat other places.

The visit was excellent. The staff made time for us and involved us in some of their activities, and invited us to stay for the evening meal, and the food and service there was excellent. The overall ambiance was fantastic. Mom loved it and we were able to get her moved in within a very short time. It's been a very good experience. We have been pleasantly surprised.

The only thing I would like to see in terms of improvement would be to have more variety of activities. Other than that they have been great. Everyone I have come in contact there has been super friendly and helpful. The main thing that my dad loves and raves about every day is the food.

They've done a very good job so far at Wynwood of Rogue Valley, we're very pleased with them. The staff have all been very nice, they are conscientious and competent, and take great care of the residents. The facility itself is clean and well kept. I would recommend it to others looking in the area!

They really care about my mom, and they seem to be very accomidating. Mom has not been there at Emeritus at Emerald Hills for that long, but so far so good.

I was just very pleased with everything that happened there at Lenoir Park. The staff was very kind and friendly. The food was excellent - I ate and enjoyed a couple of meals there myself. Mom was well taken care of by them, even if she didn't take the best care of herself. Her room was not always clean, and she wold often be wearing the same outfit, but I am sure that those things speak more to mom than they to do Lenoir Park.

From the start, I had a wonderful experience with Sterling House of Deland. The staff is very warm and friendly. When I went to take a tour, I was warmly greeted by Erin McDonald. She showed us around and I was very impressed how clean it is. When you walk in , there is a warm home feeling. Everyone there is very helpful and caring.

They have done an excellent job welcoming my dad into the community. They have done everything in their power to make him feel comfortable, and to adjust to his new home. I really think they've done an outstanding job and can't think of anything they could do to improve. It's been a great experience and I would highly recommend Brookdale Oswego Springs Portland.

We're very pleased with how things have gone with Brookdale Medical Center Kingsley. They've been extremely accommodating throughout the whole process. They sent someone out to my parents to assess them, and they've worked hard with us to find solutions that would allow my parents to stay together despite their different levels of care. The staff have all been very friendly, and extremely responsive!

It's wonderful, the people are so nice, the staff is wonderful. The food is fantastic. After my last place this is heaven. I am just so happy here.

When you walk in to Brookdale Apache Junction you are instantly impressed as the place is very well maintained, looks clean and smells clean. They decorate things very nicely, especially for the holidays. The food is also excellent. Mom has enjoyed the dining experience a lot. The receptionist and the two maintenance men have been very helpful in answering questions and going out of their way to help with things. We are very happy with them.

They've done an excellent job so far at Sterling House of Palm Coast! The staff here really go out of their way to make sure the residents are comfortable and well taken care of. Everyone has been very friendly and professional! The facility itself is clean, smells nice, and is well kept in general. Another big factor for us was that Sterling House allows pets.

Overall I really like Brookdale Chandler Regional because a person who needed care (my father) and a person who did not need care (my mother) could stay in the same room. That was one of the main reason we selected this place, and thus far it has been a great experience. The only complaint I would have is that the move-in date got pushed off three times, which was frustrating. Mom and dad had people ready to help them move and we had to keep rescheduling things. Other than that it has been a great experience.

I liked the location of this facility. It was not in a heavy commercial area but very convenient to the hospital. It was a lock down facility that the only access is by a staff person letting you in. Each unit was total hardwood, large walk in showers. Nice dining hall. Met a 93 year old man who had been there 2 years and really like the care, staff and food. They do get a choice of food for meals. The studio was a bit small but the one bedroom was a good size. Lots of closet space and cabinet space in every unit. They had a inter courtyard that was nice for the residents to be able to be outside without the ability to wonder off. The building was designed in a circle so no resident will get lost, they can simply keep walking until they get to their apartment. Very clean. LPS from 6am-10pm. Then aids on staff. Effective 1/1/2015 a RN will be on staff 24/7.

This place has gone through several management changes. I believe they have the right staff on board and they give excellent care. The Nursing Manager along with the clinical staff are all very compassionate and caring. The program Director does a super job providing daily generationally appropriate activities. My mom is very happy and content here. They do a fabulous job handling my mom's challenging behaviors. This place is perfect for my mom, she loves the comfort and the familiarity of the nostalgic look inside. Many places were too modern and confusing to mom. The memory stations are very helpful . The staff are caring and considerate. I am grateful for the outstanding care my mom is getting. Thank you Brookdale Dublin.

Really beautiful place. Mom wanted to be closer to where she lives now but this would have been my first choice if I were choosing.

I think they are doing a great job. It's fabulous, and the food is great. They were recently purchased by Brookdale, and they have made some positive changes since they have come in. We are really happy with it.

The people at Horizon Bay Rome are extremely friendly. They answer e-mails very promptly. Everything there about the experience is very positive. It is a difficult transition for anybody, but they have made it as smooth and pleasant as can be. I'm very satisfied with Horizon Bay Rome and would highly recommend them.
