Brookdale

It's been going well. He is settling in fairly well. The one shock I had was that when he was on medicare they were taking care of all of his medications, and when we moved in they had to get all of his medications and we were billed for it. Remember to check the medicare part a or b portion of your insurance, the difference is huge. Other than that, he likes his room. Sometimes he complains about the food, but he's eating it. Everyone is friendly, and they keep it clean, when you come in and sniff the air it smells clean. I am really pleased.

We are so greatful for all of the care and support over the last few years. You have been a great help to our father, our family, and to Dad's beloved dog, Rocky. We really appreciate all you did to make his transition to Brookdale so successful!

My daughters join me in thanking the entire staff at Brookdale Place Ann Arbor for the wonderful care my husband was given during his stay there. We will remember all the kind words of comfort especially during his last days.

We've had a great experience with Sterling House of Westerville so far. They're a small community, so they were able to get to know Mom very quickly to help her settle in. It is a nice looking, clean, well kept community, and it has a comfortable, friendly atmosphere. My loved one seems very happy here!

They've done an excellent job so far at Brookdale Parkplace! It is a very nice place, it is always clean and well kept. The staff do a great job looking after the residents! They're very friendly, and very good when it comes to communication with families, they always get in touch immediately if anything comes up. They've really impressed me so far, and I would recommend them to anyone looking into senior care in the area!

Brookdale is wonderful. They have excellent quality of care there. She (mom) was happy there and didn't cry every day. She (mom) was there for two weeks and it cost $2400.00, but it was worth every penny. It was clean and comfortable, not understaffed. If it was understaffed, they didn't show it. They took time with the residents. They intermingled with them. I don't know what activities they had, but the lady Betsy, who was in charge, knew everything about her mom and took great care of her. I have nothing bad to say about them."

I have been extremely satisfied with Clare Bridge since my husband has been there. The friendliness, the activities, the care and consideration shown to the residents and their families by the staff, the fun and fellowship offered to the residents has impressed me and my family. We are grateful for the professionalism of all the staff at Clare Bridge.

Things have gone very well so far with Wynwood of Albany! It's a clean, very nice looking newer facility, they have all sorts of activities, the staff have been friendly and professional.

They made the move in process very easy, staying in constant communication with the family. The staff there is very friendly. It has been a good experience and I would highly recommend Brookdale University Park.

I looked at 9 Assisted Living facilities for my Mother in the Melbourne FL area. I was quite impressed with them all and we could afford them all, so I had to be picky when deciding on the best one for my Mother. Sterling House has exceptional food for seniors. I was most impressed how the staff works so well together and they pitch in to help no matter weather it's their job or not. I liked how secure it is - family and guests do not get the door combo yet the staff will readily get the front door when guests arrive or depart. The rooms are a nice size. I like that this facility is on one floor and has a wonderful outside tropical oasis with a large screened in porch. I actually stayed in my Mother's room for 2 weeks when she moved in - I got closely acquainted with the routine and staff. Nothing was hidden from me. I saw all shifts and all those folks felt like instant family. I ate 3 meals a day there and loved them. Great coffee too. My Mother came with no household goods so the facility let her borrow a bedroom and living room set, sheets, comforter, towels, tv... until I was able to get her her own. Very sweet of them.

Emeritus at Pinehurst has been a reall God-send! We have been looking all over the place for a good place for dad. It was really challenging, but found a real jewel with Emeritus at Pinehurst. Everybody there is really nice, and it is a very nice place.

They are doing a great job. It's a nice facility, the staff is great. She loves it there, and she loves the people there too. I don't have any concerns medically or anything like that. They are very diligent about following the doctors orders, and giving her feedback. They offer good options for meals, which gives her more choice and greater control over her health. They are good with laundry, we are very happy with it, and so far, don't have any complaints.

My mother loves it there at Brookdale Baywood! The manager that runs the place (Kim) was really good to work with. She followed up with us well and kept us informed on everything. I have no complaints. It has been a good experience.

My mother and I toured Cumberland over the holidays and definitely have since the pinnacle of independent/assisted living. While this is definitely on the higher end of our budget, we came away very impressed. Sara Miller was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

They did really go above and beyond to make things work out well for my in-laws. We were very happy with Sterling House of Loveland and would highly recommend them.

Their staff is exceptionally good at Brookdale Club Hill. Everybody there has been just top notch and have gone out of their way to help us. They seem really willing to bend over backwards to help, and are genuinely concerned. It is a really top notch place!

They recently had a flu outbreak and they managed it all very very well. Dad's room is always clean and he is very well taken care of. I put dad in there because he was not taking very good care of himself, and there at Wellington Place of Hixson he is getting the sort of care he needs. We have been very well pleased.

We're very pleased with Nohl Ranch Inn, they have done a fantastic job so far! It is a great looking community, and always very clean. The staff are friendly and attentive, and take great care of the people who live here. We would recommend it to others looking into care in the area!

They are very proactive about making the stay of their residents very comfortable.
