Brookdale

It's been fine. We have had no issues or complaints about the Brookdale Wilsonville. My loved one is in independent living. Overall, Brookdale Wilsonville is a nice place.

Having to search for a place for my dad and never had to before was a little traumatic for me however living near Emeritus at Latrobe brought familiarity. It turns out that it was a good thing because ever since my first visit there to see if it would work out for us I was relaxed that Emeritus At Latrobe would be just fine! The patience of the entire staff, the knowledge of the people in charge and the food...well let me tell you the food served to the residents is just fantastic. I have had the luxury to choose Emeritus after one visit and I am glad I did. For a limited care facility, Emeritus At Latrobe has been a God Send. From activities, to food, to care Emeritus At Latrobe (now Brookdale) has proven themselves to me and my dad.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Brookdale! It is a very nice community, the facility is clean and well kept and the staff have all been very friendly. My loved one is settling in well, and really seems to be enjoying herself!

The Brookdale Tempe Has been Very enjoyable. This community is very well kept. Clean and has a friendly environment. If you are searching for an assisted living community in Tempe, Arizona, I would highly recommend this one. It is excellent.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Emeritus at Spruce Wood seemed like a very nice place, overall! The people here were great, and the community itself was beautiful, clean, and well kept. They're definitely worth a look for anyone looking into care in the area!

Everybody there at Sterling House of Fort Collins is really friendly. All of the residents seem to be well cared for and very happy, really enjoying their life on a day to day basis there. I cannot really even think of anything particular they could do better as they are doing everything great.

Brookdale Place of Albuquerque is a good community. The staff is very friendly and the staff to resident ratio seems to be adequate. My Mom likes the food and the staff in the dining area are very attentive and the do have a variety of food available. They do not have pendants available, however the community seems very safe. There is a concierge at the front door. They do have transportation available for residents.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Overall I think Brookdale Port Orange was a very nice place! The facility was clean and well kept, the staff was friendly, and the price was comparable with communities we saw in the area.

Brookdale staff went to great lengths to help my family when we faced the difficult and daunting task of finding assisted care for my stepfather. We had many choices and options, but after touring the facility and working with the staff at Brookdale Belle Meade, we knew we were in the right place. Good relationships drive good business decisions, and Brookdale’s extended help is a prime example of this. Throughout the decision-making process, my stepfather’s move, and ensuing adjustment period, the staff have been there to solve any issues we had and handle them professionally and quickly. However, what really stands out is everyone’s kindness and heart. When we moved my stepfather to Brookdale, it had been a long day and he was anxious and agitated. Staffmembers took the time to sit with all of us at the dinner table and really talk with my stepfather and feel his anxiety with him and us. That is not just relationship building- that was human kindness. Brookdale continues to support this legacy and we know that he is in the right environment.

Brookdale Camino del Sol has really been great. I check up on my father on a regular basis and every time I pop in I see that he is happy and being well cared for and taken care of. It is a very nice place with friendly staff and I would highly recommend them.

A great experience. My dad moved in yesterday. It is amazing. I showed up 3 times unannounced. Every person we met there was so gracious. It is so comfortable. This was the best place for my dad. The people are wonderful. They welcome with open arms. They keep them busy. The place itself is nice. The food is great. I felt okay coming home and knowing that's were he's going to be. The cleanliness was unbelievable. They are also very helpful. I am so grateful for "A Place For Mom"!

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Wynwood looked like a very nice place overall. The staff all seemed friendly and professional, and the community was clean and well maintained. The only issue was the price, my loved one would only have been able to afford a few years of care here.

In terms of over all rating i would give it a four. in terms of cleanliness i could give it a five star. They were friendly indeed. The value wasn't the best. But over all i would give it a four star.

This place was the 2nd one we toured. It was beautiful. The setup with all room in a circle is a great idea. There was bingo going on when we visited. The staff was very sweet to the residents and very caring. Rooms were clean. Had a nice outdoor area in the center of the facility. A room is available for family members to visit. Just loved it. Unfortunately they had no openings, but I placed a deposit for when something opens up. Loved it.

Brookdale East Mesa has done a really good job getting my mother in law acclimated to the place and feeling at home like a real part of the community. She likes the gardens that they have there. They have really gone out of their way to make it a good experience for her. From all we see we are really happy and she is really happy. I cannot think of anything they can do to improve. Everything is going great.

They are always very approachable and you can reach them any time you need to to ask any questions and do whatever they can to help. It has really been a very positive experience with Brookdale Richland Hills and I would recommend them.

We toured this community while looking into senior living options. I thought Wynwood of Utica was a very nice place overall, in terms of the care and services they provide. The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff I met were all very friendly. However, I was not a fan of the floor plans here, however.

They had excellent customer service and were very responsive to all my questions. It is a very decent environment which we were very pleased with. I was well pleased with what they were able to offer, and they made sure we were aware of an upcoming special that we could take advantage of. It was a good experience and I would recommend Brookdale North Austin.

Above all its marvelous! I didn't have a clue this was a resort. $4,000 a month for my father,Its a pretty penny to pay, but its not like any where else! The property is perfect! Floral and landscaping design is out of this world! My brother and I appreciate the professional and caring staff members on board. The service is beyond a 5 star rating! If it could go to 10, i would definitely say its worth every dime!

I deal with Sheree Williams, the sales director there, and she is awesome! They communicate with me extremely well, proactively keeping me informed about how dad is doing. From my experience with Brookdale Rome and some familiarity I have had through other channels with other Brookdale locations, I can see some common threads about how they do things and the quality of care they provide, and have been very impressed. Dad loves the food, and that's important! Dad is very happy there! I am so thankful for Brookdale and would highly recommend them
