Brookdale

We came up here for a week and did not want to leave! The staff is friendly, but more importantly, very well organized and professional. I'm 68 years old and I said to myself "This is the place I want to end up at.” 5 Stars across the board! From the cleanliness of the property, to the value. The management is constantly working on improving the activities to give the residents more varieties. The feeling I get, when you see the staff work together as a family to help others, leaves me just speechless.

So far they are thrilled with Brookdale. So far, no complaints about food or activities. I would give them a five at this point. One of the reasons we chose them over others we saw was how much we liked the location.

Overall our experience with Brookdale Franklin has been a good one, it is a very nice place overall. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff are all very friendly and professional. I feel that they work very hard to develop a nice sense of community, the staff put in extra effort treat each residents as an individual and with the respect that they deserve.

my mother is a deal to deal with they are understaffed to deal with her mom pulls fire alams but the peronal are fine but on the weekend help is light but mom has mental problems but over all they deal with her very well i would recommend highly they are very very clean facility

they was not explaining the true cost because i was going to get him a private room but i counld not afford it but i had signed the paper work all ready but they open another room with someone i would not recommend to any one because i feel they did not tell me the correct cost of what dad was getting.

im comfy with taking mom their after being there a week mom has friends and the staff is very respectful the make sure they are on top of things there my mom is very happy there i rate the place an over alll 5 star i feel that i can highly recommend this place to other famlies as well as my own mom is all ways excited

well we did not go there it was a great place for someone in that area even tho we went with another place closer to my house so mom would feel better that would have been my next option i do rate the facility a 5 star rating it was clean in viewing and staff was very very nice to me and my famliy when we went to visit

We're very pleased with how things have gone with Wynwood of Grand Blanc. It is a nice looking facility, and the staff have all been very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I like that they pay a lot of individual attention to each of the residents.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Clare Bridge! It is a fantastic place, and they do everything very well, I would give them top marks across the board. The staff are friendly and professional, and they take great care of the people who live here. My loved one really seems to be enjoying herself, she loves her apartment, and has been participating in many of the activities!

Andy at Brookdale made it easy. The staff was welcoming and dad made lots of friends fast and enjoys the activities. The over all rating is a 5 star rating. I enjoyed the tour because everyone was warm and nice. The staff is excellent. The facility is clean, the staff are friendly, and the community as a whole is awesome!

It is my Aunt Dorothy [removed] who lives at the Grand Court at Wornall. But I do know really loves it there. The only complaint I know she has is the cleaning people who clean her apt. She does not have a clear understanding of what the cleaning people are suppose to do. I have found they do not sweep her bathroom. Are they not suppose to dust, clean microwave, clean stool, wash the bathroom mirror..... I know there was not suppose to be any heavy cleaning, and to wash the flat stuff sheets, wash cloths etc....... I did get upset with the nurse there one time, but we did settle that issue. Then when my Aunts sister died I ask if there was a chaplain, pastor, priest etc that could go up and pray and talk to her for a few minutes. That to my knowledge did not happen and the front desk seem to think that could be done. Very few issues, She really feels welcome and cared for there. I find your staff extremely pleasant. I am a retired RN and spent most of my time in Long Term care. I see this as a fine facility. Thank you for making her feel welcomed. This my view. Marlene [removed], niece. The Level of care was very impressive. The Director was very friendly, Residents kept coming up to her and hugging her and saying hello. She knew everyone by name, which was wonderful. It had a very warm, home feel to it. Which I liked. The environment was very clean. You could tell the residents were physically well cared for. They were very clean, with hair done, and their under nails were clean. There was lots of activity going on while she was there. We were very impressed with the overall program!

The cleanliness is 5 stars. They are very clean. They Pay attention to details. Warm and welcoming. I can't rate the activities because I have not experienced that as of yet.

Very pleased with it. Outstanding. The people are wonderful. I knew when i arrived it was right they check on you every hour to make sure your okay.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Brookdale Evesham seemed like a very nice place overall. The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff all seemed friendly and caring. We really liked the flexibility of their plan, they always have something available if your loved one gets hungry, not just 3 set meals per day. We did, however, find their pricing structure a bit confusing, and it was difficult to determine what our final costs would be.

The value of this place was very good compared to other communities. They had wonderful care services and I liked all the ones they provided. I was very impressed with the staff who showed me around. Even though they knew there was a chance of my mother not moving to this area, the staff still treated me as if my mom was going to move in. They took their time with me and did not rush me. I do not think of anything bad about it and it was just very warm and welcoming.

I would give them a five in everything. They are probably even better than the place we are now. He seemed to like the food. The aides could always tell you just whats going on with your loved one, in detail.

The staff is really informative and initiated to me and my loved on what's going on. They have a lot of activities and their is no way you could play all of them in one day. It is a nice community and glad we chose this one.

I toured 5 other communities in the area. This one by far offered the best services for my mother.Its not the prettiest place but I got a warm caring feel when i toured. Joe spent a good amount of time with me even though I did not have an apointment. He seemed to know everything my mom needed and had an answer for all my questions. Rebecca also was grat so warm and friendly. So glad to say my Mom has found a new home.
