Brookdale

We are very pleased by how things have gone at Brookdale Place of Kenwood so far. The staff here is friendly and responsive to all questions from care to billing. They are very attentive and respond quickly to the needs of the residents. I like that they are trying to get her involved in community activities. It is a very nice place, overall!

They've done an absolutely wonderful job taking care of my loved one at Wynwood of Grand Blanc. It's been a very tough time for us, but they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful throughout this whole process. It really has been a godsend. I would definitely recommend them to other families looking into care in the area

My loved one has been here for about a month. Overall everything has been great. The food is good. The staff is very friendly. The facility is clean and fresh. The value is great. Everything has been going just great. My loved one is very happy here. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. The Brookdale Club Hill is a very nice community. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the Garland, TX area.

The Sterling House of Enid is a great facility. I feel very comfortable having my mom there. The staff is great as well. They are extremely friendly and professional. The residents are friendly and welcoming. The facility is always very clean. The value is great for you are getting. The care services are excellent. My mother enjoys the care services here. The activities are excellent as well. There is a lot of activities.

Westside Manor has been great in everything and I appreciate all they do for everyone and would recommend to everyone that this is the place to go for their love ones.

They have really above and beyond to help out in any way that they can and make it an excellent stay for my mother. They are all very professional and courteous. Most importantly, my mother is very happy there. They have done nothing at all to disappoint us. I love and very highly recommend Brookdale Galleria.

The administrators and staff made my father feel very welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. Within a matters of days he began to accommodate to the routine and his appetite improved. The staff have put a great deal of effort into making the environment and the programming ideal for people needing memory care. All the staff were very sociable and friendly. They were attentive to our needs as caregivers too.

Very good people at Brookdale Littleton. The staff was all very courteous and helpful to my mother in law and all the family. The only area I can think of where they might could improve would be to have better access to physical therapy equipment. Other than that it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them.

High marks for everything. We like the staff and we like the place. It's very homey. It was the right choice for the situation with my mother. It is very clean. The staff has been so kind. They always make sure the residents are cared for.

I am pleased with Brookdale Collin Oaks. The staff is friendly. The facility is very nice and clean. The quality of the meals served could be improved. They do offer activities but I do not participate. Main concern is that I do not receive my medications in a timely manner and as ordered by my physician. My overall rating of this property is 4 ½ stars because it is a nice facility. I would recommend this place.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Brookdale Oakwell seemed like a very nice place! It was really organized and inviting. We liked it so much we thought about it not only for our loved one, but maybe for us when the time comes! The facility itself was clean and well kept, and the staff seemed genuinely friendly and enthusiastic! They were very hands on with any of the residents who needed assistance.

I was totally impressed with this place. It was the first Assisted Living place I visited and i must say it made me feel very confident that my Mom would be happy here. It would make my heart happy too. What a nice staff and I loved meeting Stacey [last name removed]. She was so helpful.

The staff is very friendly. The residents are friendly as well. We have had a positive experience at the Clare Bridge of Hampton Cove. The facility is always clean and tidy. I can't rate the activities because she did not partake in them.

Great place. Wonderful people that help make a very difficult decision much easier. They help with the transition of living with family, or alone to becoming more social and loving life again. Highly recommend this facility. 5 stars across the board.

They took care of all of my husbands needs. The nurses were very good at making him feel comfortable. The facility was very clean. There were no odors. Everyone was very friendly. The other residents seemed very happy. I can't rate the activities because my husband didn't participate in them. I would recommend the Sterling House of Longmont. It was a great experience. Everything went very good. We had no issues.

I am very happy with our selection. Their philosophy is to keep people moving and they do. The residents are very nice. The staff is very helpful. The facility has a classy feel to it. Therefore, they dress up and socialize a lot. We are just very happy with the Brookdale University Park. It has been a wonderful experience. My Mother is very happy here. I am so glad we made this selection. 5 stars.

We have been very happy with our Aunt's care at the Sterling House. It very reassuring to know that she is being well taken care of. My Aunt is very happy there. She enjoys all of the activities and especially likes the food.

If you can afford it this is the place you would want your loved one to be. It is a very nice facility. It is always clean. The staff has been excellent. They are very kind. The Brookdale Green Hills Cumberland is excellent.
