Brookdale

We moved my sister into the Memory Care at Brookdale Midlothian about a month ago. My sister and I have nothing but compliments for the staff here! They have been so welcoming and friendly and my sister enjoys interacting with them! We have also been so pleased with the care she has been receiving.

My husband has only been at Brookdale for a short time and the experience there has been good. Unfortunately, his health has gone downhill no fault of the community's. The time we've had there so far has been good considering. The food is really good and the staff are very nice and friendly. I'm hoping he gets back to feeling better so that when he returns he can really enjoy the place.

Our experience with Brookdale Pinnacle has been a very good one, so far! Mom is adjusting very well, and really seems to enjoy it here, she is meeting a lot of new people! She also really likes the food, there are always lots of choices. Really the only issue we've had so far is some issues with items going missing with the laundry service.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Brookdale Mandeville, they're doing an exceptional job. The staff is attentive, personable, and professional, and they do a great job taking care of the residents. The facility is clean and well kept, and it's just a very nice place overall.

This property is quiet and secluded with a lake in the center- very scenic. Very large campus and spread out. Good living options with apartments and villas and square footage size. Apartment building is a little old but well maintained. Hallways were a little dark. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. There were staff members with residents throughout our visit.

Our loved one was only here a short time, but even in that short stay we were very impressed by the level of service provided at Brookdale Geary Street. The caregivers were caring, professional, and knowledgeable, and a few of them really went above and beyond in making sure our loved one was comfortable. The director and the marketing person we worked with were a huge help throughout the whole sign-up process as well. The facilities were new looking, clean, spacious, and just felt very comfortable overall. I would highly recommend them.

Although I haven't lived here a full year I feel like I'm at home. The people who work and live here are extraordinary. It is obvious the people who work here from management to housekeeping, maintenance to kitchen aides all love Brookdale Heritage Plaza. They treat the residents like family. They treat the families of residents like extended family. Although the amenities are excellent it is the people who live and work here that make Brookdale home.

This is a really nice community, it is still taking my mother a while to adjust to the move. She is doing pretty well and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. We have no complaints about this community, they have been great with all the help. They are encouraging her to be more active in the community. We are pleased with this community.

I set up an appointment for a family member to visit and have lunch. Dawn met us and was very knowledgeable as well as treating us all with respect and dignity. She knew every resident,and offered many choices according to the family members background and personality. Although, the family member is not ready yet, I think this would be the first choice. I worked in the health care industry, and have visited the other facilities, and found this is the best rounded and fits my family members needs the most. The surrounding area is a close walk to any activity you could desire. The bus takes residents to anything they can't or wouldn't want to walk to. The hair salon is great and will even accept outsiders. There is a warm, caring atmosphere here, shared by all the employees I met. It is hard to make changes, but this is a place that will help you all the way.

My Mother has been a resident at Brookdale Cary for a month. She really likes living here and I cannot say enough great things about this community. The staff and care along with the community is SUPERB!

The community really makes you feel like you're a part of a family. This is a really great community. They have accommodated us very well. My brother has adjusted very well to the community and they welcomed him with open arms. The community is super clean, that was the first thing I noticed. He loves the food and the activities are great. Everyone here is very friendly and I would recommend this community.

Lillian was awesome-she listened to my concerns and volunteered to come to my home to interview my mother. She even gave me a pie! Unfortunately our personal situation does not allow my mother to live in Sparks but if she could I would definitely choose Brookdale Sparks

We have been very happy with Dad's situation at Brookdale. He has stabilized and seems very content. The staff is cheerful and make sure he is involved in life at Brookdale. It was a good decision to move Dad to Brookdale.

When we toured the community it was great! The staff were very nice and helpful. When we called and asked questions we got a quick response.

I felt that Brookdale Admiral Heights went out of their way to both facilitate my dad's ability to make a choice and to help get him settled in once he chose to go there. It was not without difficulty either, since I was managing the process from over a thousand miles away and there were a number of issues that had to be overcome initially and will continue needing resolution going forward. I am very comfortable saying that I fully expect them to be helpful going forward.

Staff extremely helpful. Food is good. What can be better than overlooking the Pacific Ocean. On a clear day one can see forever

We are very pleased with this community, my father is doing very well here. This is an excellent community, they have done very good job caring for my father. The staff here is excellent and very attentive. The nursing staff works with his doctors to make sure he is getting the right care. Everyone is really friendly and accommodating.They do offer great activities for the residents through out the week. I like the way they encourage my father to participate. It has really been a pleasant experience for us and I would recommend this community.

Excellent staff. I'm very satisfied with this Brookdale Avondale facility. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The care, attention, cleanliness, activities, medical, security, location and food are Top Notch. The decision to move my mother from her home of several years was difficult and trying, but the staff made it easy. I want to commend Dena and Bethany.They know what they are doing and are very professional kind and helpful. My mind is at ease and feel comfortable with my mother being in her new home. I will highly recommend Brookdale Avondale to anyone looking for a home for the loved ones.

Things are going well for my father in law at this community. Everything about this place is wonderful. The staff is great, they are very kind and very helpful to us. They are caring for him very well here. There are many activities for the residents to choose from. He likes the meals, they do sever a well balanced meal. This was an easy process and everything is working well.
