Brookdale

My mom is happy with the community. Food is excellant and gives more then once choice for all meals. Staff is excellant and they always seemed to be able to assist in every area of my mom's needs. She was given daily exercise to keep her active. Did not do activities with others. Very satitisfied over all.

It was a really nice and beautiful community. The people seemed to be very good and the price was within out budget, cheaper than other places. I saw things to do around the community and it looked like an active place. I was told about the meals, they include 3 entrees with your choice of meals. The dining roomed looked like a restaurant.

After finally getting mother to Brookdale, all of the service people were very helpful. Not to mention the residents. All very friendly and welcoming. They checked on her, brought food, chatted, etc. I think I made an excellent choice by signing mother up at this facility. It's like a big home. Of course, we've been there just a week. But it's a good first impression. thanks.

The staff spare nothing to try and help. I witnessed how excellently they handled a few of the residents that may not have been paying attention to what was going on around them. I have eaten there a few times and the food is pretty good. I also think the cost of the food for a guest is quite reasonable. I would have no qualms about recommending this community. They do a really nice job of keeping the community clean.

I was only at this community for one day. During my tour the people were very nice and knowledgable. The community looked clean and the food smelled and looked good. I did see that they offer daily activities for the residents.

The staff are personable and attentive. They are good at encouraging my mom to participate in the activities offered. She is happy with the food. This community has a clean healthy environment. Brookdale Fort Collins gets my recommendation.

Brookdale Northampton is nice and they keep it clean. The staff bent over to backwards to make my mom feel comfortable with her respite stay. They tried to get her involved in some of the daily activities they offer. We will be using this community again for respite care in the future.

I would recommend Brookdale Kingsport without a second thought. The staff is super and I cannot say enough about them. Mom is pleased with the food. The community is kept clean and well taken care of. Mom has made new friends and even found an old friend.

The care was really good here for my mom. I have no complaints about the staff or facility. The staff were helpful when I had to call them. I liked it very much. There are activities available. My mom's room was less ideal, she felt she was isolated because it was toward the end of the long hallways.

When we went to visit we got to see how everyone is nice. There were plenty of activities going on in different rooms. We were excited to move my dad in. He had a view from h is room that over looked my son's school. My son was excited to visit him for the summer. This was a perfect fit for him and Misty was able to find the perfect room for him.

It has really been a wonderful experience for my friend here at this community. The community is very nice and clean. Everybody is caring and very helpful. I really appreciate all the help they have provided us with. I know he is safe and good hands. This is a community I would highly recommend.

We are doing pretty well here at this community. We have gotten all settled in, and so far we like it. Everybody has been very kind and helpful. The staff is always willing to help. They are responsive, it may take a 15 minutes, but they are always there when we need some help. Everything has worked out very well. I would recommend this community to my family and friends.

I moved my friend to Brookdale and it has been amazing. The greatest asset that the company has is Nancy, I cant even say enough good things about her.I would encourage anyone who is looking for a place to go on a visit.

My husband and I checked out several memory care community's for my mother in law.we knew Brookdale was the place for her the first day we walked in.The community is beautiful,clean,and every staff member we have met from office to cleaning staff is caring and very friendly. When we go see her she's always involved in some sort of activity, which keeps her busy.Absolutely recommend this community for their family member...

its so hot in the the hallway, but we like the smell of the carpet cleaner that you use. Thanks

My 89 year old Mom went to live her at the end of May, and so far, so good. She is in a shared apartment and has a very nice roommate. The apartment is clean and rooms are large enough. Brookdale is very nice and the Staff friendly and efficient. There is a nice dining room where they order off of a Menu, like a restaurant, and the food is good. Mom says she's getting fat, ha ha. They have a very nice courtyard with a Koi pond and daily activities for the Residents, though my Mom chooses not to participate. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone who is looking for a nice place for their loved ones who need minimal care.

I'am satisfied with this community and everything they have done for our family. It is a pretty well -kept facility, there are some stains on the carpet. They have a good staff here at this community. The food has been a disappointing aspect, my brother would like more choices to choose from. We know he is safe and in good hands.

This community is taking good care of my father and his needs. The community is well-kept. I haven't had any problems with the staff. He is doing very well here at this community. We are comfortable with the care they are providing him. This is a community I would recommend to my family and friends.

My mother has been living at Brookdale Elizabeth City for a week. During that transition time the staff has been extraordinary in their welcome to the community. The support and encouragement they offer Mom has been gratifying and reassuring. She has been encouraged to be as independent as she can safely manage. Our family has been amazed at her improvement in mobility in just this first week. The facility is clean and beautifully appointed. The food served in the lovely dining room is delicious and satisfying. There are activities for everyone to enjoy throughout the day. The crown jewel of Brookdale is the staff of caring and well-trained individuals who make the community feel like a family. They are always happy to answer questions and work quickly to resolve any dilemmas.
