Brookdale

We have moved into one of the villas and are very very happy. Everything is just as it was explained to us by Ashlyn our sales associate. The food, staff,and residents have been just great. We are glad we came here.

I would really like some things to change. My son is not allowed to buy a meal and eat with his grandparents. They also don't allow my mother and father to eat together. I hope the community could bring up this issue. They offer activities but the staff does't really try for my loved ones to engage in them. I really like the atmosphere it's very positive.

During the time that my mother was in this community the staff was very caring. They were helpful with my loved ones needs. The community was kept clean at all times. My mother was well accommodated in her room. One thing i really liked was the communication with the staff. Overall it's a great community for our loved ones.

Brookdale Cypress Station is a beautiful community. It is a bright newer community with a neutral color scheme. The community is laid out very well and the rooms are a great size. The staff were friendly and addressed all of my concerns. They do not continue care once resources have ceased.

The staff at Brookdale West Boynton Beach are doing an excellent job communicating with me. I am very pleased with the community. It is well kept and very clean. They have neutral colors throughout making it feel bright and welcoming. They have a variety of food choices available.My loved one finishes all of her food and has been eating well. They offer a wide range of activities and the staff encourage residents to participate.

The tour that i took went great. I was able to see the rooms of the community. Everything was clean and fixed up. The guide offered us a complimentary meal it was very good. Complimentary transportation is offered to the residents. The community offers activities on site.

I toured last Friday and went again today with my father. Mom will tour Wednesday. Dad is the main person making the decision. He is not happy with where they live now. The dining is great, and the activities more interesting and lively. Plus Dad is a veteran and retired helicopter pilot. There are 28 other veterans, some pilots, at this place. After comparing all costs, Brookdale is much nicer, and offers a larger apartment for only $7 more per month.

Brookdale is a wonderful place for your loved ones. Our dad is so happy. This makes us all know we made the right decision.

We moved mom in to Brookdale Emerson, NJ two weeks ago. As of now it has been fantastic. They have taken her on trips, shows and lots of activities to keep her active and alert. The people are friendly and quite accomodating. Our experience has been wonderful. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe and caring place for there parents!

My friend is doing well since he moved into Brookdale. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Gwen the director is always there to answer any questions I have. The community is clean and well taken care of. They offer a variety of activities, however he does not yet participate in any.

My mother has been engaging in the activities provided. I am so happy that she is enjoying the community. The staff is wonderful. Everything is well maintained. The people are fantastic. I really like that in this community she gets that one on one care that she is looking for. The set up is also very good. I would definitely recommend the community to friends and family.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful people that work at Brookdale. Lisa and Bevin are very sweet and kind and I know they care about myself and my parents. Orville who works in maintenance is wonderful. The food is healthy and both my parents seem to like it. The community is kept very clean. This community definitely gets my recommendation.

My mother is doing well here at this community. I'am pleased with all they have done for us. Everybody has been very kind and accommodating. The staff is great, they have been good to work with. They do a very good job with the cleaning. There are nice activities offered. They offer salon trips to my mother salon, and that is very convenient. I know she is being cared for well. I would highly recommend this community.

I am very pleased with Brookdale Central Paradise Valley. They offer a variety of activities like Rosary and Communion on Monday, music, and other entertainment that comes into the community. The community is very clean and I am very pleased with Lucy who does an excellent job cleaning my room. The food is better than average with a variety of choices.

Excellent! Staff very friendly and caring. Feels great from the time you walk in. They offer everything that anyone could want or need. I was very pleased with every aspect of the community. They offer many programs to help keep residents well and active.

Everyone has been fantastic, could not have asked for better service or hospitality. The place is clean and the staff has been great at dealing with the issues we had .

The interaction between the staff and the residents was wonderful. All of the residents looked very pleased with the care they were receiving. During our tour i noticed that everyone knew each other. It was a wonderful atmosphere in the community. The person that gave me the tour was very nice and communicated well.

My loved one is doing great here at this community. The community looks great, they do a good job with the cleanliness. For the most part the staff is well, but there was one time when we had to take her to the hospital. There are activities listed, but I have never noticed any in memory support. She is satisfied with the food. Overall she is being cared well and I would recommend this community.

Brookdale is a wonderful place for our Mom. I look forward to seeing the joy my mom will experience during her stay. The staff has enveloped her as well as my sister and me. What a pleasure to find such professionalism and true concern for her welfare.

Friendly, inviting, clean. Residents and staff look happy. Top of list for my mom. Seemed to have a lot to offer and options to stay active.
