Brookdale

This is a beautiful community. My parents are doing really well since moving in. The people are wonderful and there is good communication. There is a huge variety of daily activities that my parents enjoy participating in. They like the food and they offer a lot of choices. I do have outside caregivers coming to help get my dad acclimated.

I love this place for my parents, they are very friendly and courteous. I love that the whole management team works together to sole problems.

I just heard from my mother that the administrator is going back to her original community. Makes me sad but hopefully the new person will pick up where she left off making so many improvements. My mom loves living here and I sleep well at night. She gets great socialization she doesn't get when she is sitting in her condo watching tv all day. Had someone staying with her, but they just watched tv with her. Now she is active and staying healthy. Yay for Brookdale Sarasota Midtown. Thank you!!

They have a beautiful walking path that I love. I come to this home for the winter and really miss it during the summer months. But I need to spend time with my family while I can. Eventually this will be my permanent home. I love the live entertainment, the meals taste great, my room is always kept clean. I won't be back until October, but the Director calls and checks on me and has even sent a couple gifts to keep me smiling. They always make me feel as if they really do care. See you soon folks.

Working with a Place for Mom was wonderful. So helpful and quick. My advisor was polite and professional. She found choices for me that were on the money for what my mom needed.

The staff greet him by name and are very pleasant. They encourage him to participate in the many activities offered. They keep the community clean and the food tastes good. I would recommend this community.

My husband was here for a respite stay and everything went very well. I was very impressed with the staff, they did a very good caring for him. We will will be returning to look into long term care. I was very pleased with this community. They do a good job with keeping the community nice and clean. There are activities offered for the residents. I was comfortable with the care they were providing him. I would recommend this community.

It is nice to see my dad out and about now. The staff are encouraging and helped dad to be more active and get involved with activities. My dad enjoys his meals especially his dessert! I think I caught a bad day but when I visited my dad his room smelled and the toilet was pretty gross. My dad is doing well here. Mechele from A Place For Mom did so much for us, I appreciate her so much.

Love love love having my mother at Brookdale Sarasota Midtown. From the Management staff to the people on the floor doing direct care, we love them all. The home is warm and inviting. Lots of new changes and I hear more to come. Highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with all that Brookdale offers and the personal care they give to their residence. The dining hall is very dignified and appealing. By her living in a 2 bedroom and qualifying for the low income rate is allowing her to live there within her means.

Things are going better since my parents moved into this community. The only minor issue we have had is with the way some of the medication instructions are worded. If it says as needed they do not give it to her with her other medication. The rooms are big and they keep the community clean. The food is good and I would recommend this community.

A very comfortable, clean and friendly community. My father-in-law has been living there for one month and consistently has only good things to say. He is enjoying the activities, the food is quite good and the staff is friendly. We have actually seen improvements in his overall health since moving in! My husband and I have peace of mind.

My uncle loves the staff at Brookdale. I would say the food is a 4. There was an issue with the doctor through the community. He went on vacation and did not let the community know. He also feels there should be other transportation options available, than just a bus on Tuesdays.

My friend is doing wonderful at this community. The food is ok but he is not a big fan of it. The staff are helpful and willing to work to correct any minor issue that may arise. The community is clean and it gets my recommendation.

We visited a lot of places before choosing Brookdale Trillium Crossing for my parents. None of the other places had the responsive people that are at this community. If one of my parents has an emergency the staff know what to do to help the parent that did not go to the hospital. The community is clean and the entire staff take care of things without being asked. I would recommend this community.

Everything is working out very well for my father here at this community. He is doing very well, and I'am pleased with everything they have done for us. They do a very good job with keeping everything nice and clean. They have a really good staff here. He is meeting some new people. They offer many activities for him to participate in. The food is decent. This is a community I would recommend, because I know he safe and getting good care.

My sisters and I have been very pleased with the facility and employees of Brookdale Hickory NE! They are very efficient and quick to answer any questions or concerns. The administrators of this facility have been knowledgeable, welcoming and empathetic! Our mother really likes her new "home"! She loves the meals and the size of her room. This is a huge compliment coming from our mom because she really wanted to live at our family home where she had lived for the past 60 years. Yet she was not physically able to stay there. She has been at Brookdale less than 2 weeks and tells everyone that she really likes her new "home"! We couldn't be more pleased!!!! Thank you SO much!

We were searching for a respite placement for my mother who is 102 years old--while we moved to Santa Rosa. Brookdale Chanate has provided a lovely space and friendly environment that fits our needs. Joan [Removed] has been an excellent contact and guide for all of us. The staff are helpful and professional. The facility is clean and attractive. Activities are planned and appropriate. There is a variety of food selection and an attractive dining room.The only other thing my mother would appreciate is someone who can plan euchre--her favorite Midwest card game. I would recommend Brookdale Chanate to individuals and families who need assisted living.

My mom is liking her community. It is nice and has almost perfect staff that are caring. She enjoys her meals and likes the activities available. I feel it is all good here and we like it too.

Brookdale in GG, CA Memory Care facility is absolutely wonderful! The Director Violet has been amazing in helping us and all the residents! Carol Ann who watches over the Memory Care unit has so much patience and compassion along with her staff! Miguel and Joel always go out of their way to help! Thank you for making this new season in our lives and Marilyn's an easy and wonderful transition!
