Brookdale

Mom really likes her new home here. The staff is wonderful and have been awesome with taking care of mom. She is getting involved with a few activities. Also she said that she really likes the food that they serve.

The staff that takes care of mom has been great and they are really good. The therapist we had a little run in with, but all is well. Mom kind of likes the food. The community is kept clean and neat.

They are a very good place. I had a gut feeling that this was the one and it worked out, I just knew. Mom is getting therapy and is getting much better since being here. She has not complained about the therapy. She does arts and craft and gets her nails done. They have a great chef and she enjoys all the meals. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner with the her and the community. The housekeeping has been fine, no misplaced or lost articles. Working with [Removed] was great.

The staff here has been totally awesome. The community is always kept clean and neat. They offer a lot of activities that mom has been getting involved in. We really are pleased with this community.

My tour of the Brookdale San Ramon went well, The place was nice and the staff was all very friendly. The tour guide answered all of my questions. The only reason I was not able to choose this community was because of location.

This is a gorgeous community! I really loved it and the staff were very friendly. The residents were happy and looked like they were enjoying themselves. Everyone knew everyone by name. It was just to far out there.

Mom is doing better since moving into this community. She was just saying how much she likes her room and she loves the staff. The staff are very helpful and polite. She enjoys the activities and they do have musicians come in to entertain. The food was good when we ate there at Thanksgiving. This is a top of the line place. They offer daycare and respite stays as well. I know mom is being taken care of at this community and I would recommend it.

I have been very pleased with how everything is going at this community. My mother has seemed to be making lots of friends with all of the residents and has really made her self right at home. She has had no complaints of the food and has really been enjoying the many activities they provide for there residents throughout the day.

I love this community for my mom. She is really happy with the staff that is helpful. This community is light and bright and my mom only wanted to be in a community that has alot of sunshine with a open environment . They offer her alot of activities to help her keep active and she is enjoying them alot. She is happy with the meals that are provided with a good variety. The value of great and the care is wonderful. We would recommend this community to other families.

I like the community care for my mom. The staff members are nice and very police and caring. The food is very good and my mom is happy with the meals. They are offering her activities, but she is trying to get involved and is getting help from the staff on participating . This is a great area and very quiet. I would highly recommend this for the great care and value.

I have good communication with the staff. They are nice and helpful. They have a high ratio of staff to residents in the memory care department. They offer daily activities and the activities coordinator is good at asking the residents for suggestions for activities they like. The community is clean, bright and well lit.

The staff was great on the visit that my father in law had. He enjoyed it and the meals were good. The people were helpful and they welcomed him. We thought that all had gone good for the both of us with this stay.

I am happy to see that my mom is receiving great care by the staff at this community. They do inform her on the activities and try assisting her to be active. The meals are appealing. We are really liking this community for being so clean and maintained. I recommend the great care to others and the value being received here for her care.

Everyone is so nice and accommodating at this community. My uncle is just happy he has a nice little apartment and the atmosphere feels like a hotel. This gives him comfort, he doesn't feel like people treating him differently. He gets testy sometimes and they deal with him well. The meals are good, when I was there with him it was ironic he was having lunch which is their big meal and he had grilled salmon it smelled so good I wanted to steal it off his plate. I have nothing negative to say about them when I call everyone is good about returning calls and explaining things to me. They have activities where he can go on trips. The pricing is good, it's in between other places we looked at.

The move to the Brookdale went well, it was rough for a little while but the staff there is wonderful. They helped her adjust and keep her safe. The place is clean for the most part. In the memory care unit, they have an outdoor area where the residents can go freely. The only thing I would suggest, is I wish they had better access to their doctors throughout the week. She only comes every other week. The main reason why we chose this place was because it looks like a resort.

So far everything is going well since my mother made the move into this community. I like this place a lot personally, and so does my mother. The community offers a lot of the group activities in dining halls, no one in a wheelchair in the corner not doing anything which I really like. The place is very cheerful and they always have stuff going on. The staff is very helpful and the place overall is very laid back. We are very happy with our decision.

The staff is wonderful and everything has been going great. At first my father in law did not like the food because there was not enough flavor. They have been able to accommodate him so now he likes it. He is starting to go on the outings.

My wife was here at this community for a respite stay, and everything went very well. I was comfortable with the care they were providing her with. This is a nice place with caring people. If she ever needed a permanent place to move to, I would return to this community. It was a very good experience.

Very happy with the care he has been receiving. Rough start but each day much better. A very caring facility with staff that really cares.
