Brookdale

As we all know this is a very difficult decision to make. Sometimes your loved one is agreement and other times not. I am challenged with the not. [Removed] was very helpful and reassuring every step of the way. She was very helpful and understanding. Both [Removed]and [Removed] made it easy to understand the different types of options that they could provide me with. Services, pricing, room type and type of assistance that would be needed. The food is very tasteful not bland. The presentation and portions are beautiful. The dining room is open and inviting. Very high pitched ceilings wall to wall windows. There are many areas where you can sit throughout the building. Not just in your room. Small quaint areas, mid size areas, private dining room for you and your loved ones that you can reserve. Also a very inviting open area where you can sit with the other residents. The entire place is very well kept. It is very clean it does not smell like disinfectant it has a soft clean scent. Every one that works there is always very pleasant greats you with a hello and a warm smile. If you are about to begin the task of finding a new home for someone I strongly suggest going to Brookdale Northhampton in Richboro you will be very pleased.

4 years ago my mother fell and broke her hip and my sister and I knew it was time to move them out of their condo. Although a very hard decision, and after touring many places we chose Brookdale! The facility is spotless and impeccably kept...hallways, elevators, dining and common areas. The staff is excellent and caring, and always there for whatever we needed. Great job Brookdale staff. Thanks for taking care of my mother and father!

They are very good and [Removed] one of my husbands aides is very good, she's fantastic. The activities director is great and keeps things for the residents to do. My husband loves the food and the community is always kept clean and very nice.

Everything has been going great. Everything has been just awesome. My in laws have been getting involved with the exercise group and with the singing that they provide. The community is always clean and neat and the food is just excellent. We love it and so do my in laws.

The staff at Brookdale are encouraging, accommodating and good with communication. They offer daily activities, however mom does prefers to attend the music programs. The food is very good and they keep the community well maintained. We like the security doors. I would recommend this community.

This place has been absolutely wonderful to my loved one. They provide him with lots of nutritious meals and he enjoys his dinning experience with the other residents. My dad has not participated much in the activity program that they offer but he does play poker with the other gentleman during the week. They run a great organization at this place and I would defiantly recommend them to a friend or family member.

We are all very happy with this community. Mom is having a rough time with the transition, but she has been getting involved with some of the activities. Mom also likes the food and the dining experience. I have never had any problems with my parents room being dirty or the community.

I absolutely fell in love with this place from the first time I walked in. The staff is super nice and very helpful. They all really just go over and beyond the call for me and him. I can not think of not one thing that I have to say bad about them at all.

I toured this community and found the staff to be nice and they did answer our questions. We were able to see they. They did have activities. This is an old community. This did not have the feeling that we wee looking for at the time.We would recommend other families to see if this is a good fit for there loved one

The marketing director is wonderful. The staff at this community are helpful as they answer our questions and encourage mom to be active. She likes to play bingo. The community is well taken care of and I have already recommended it. She likes the food and this is a good location for us.

I had a VERY pleasant experience here. The building has only ione floor, which I like. It was well maintained. The rooms were large, and the residents said they really loved it there. Athena was quite enthusiasti. All in all, this was an imopressive experien ce.

After touring the Brookdale Hattiesburg, I even wanted to live there. The place is very clean and maintained well. The tour guide that took us around the building was on time and knowledgeable. I loved the place.

I had a lovely tour of this community. All of the staff was very friendly and made sure to give me a detailed tour of there facility. I have no complaints the floor plan was spacious and whatever they where cooking in the dinning room smelled amazing. My parents just where not ready to make the move into an assisted living at this time.

I visited this facility I have to say its not only beautiful but spotless Staff friendly and you can see they love the residents The residents appearance was well groomed and they were definitely having fun activity staff very engaging One thing that stood out was smiles were endless

The staff at this community are very happy, friendly and wonderful. They offer a lot of activities and mom is starting to enjoy participating in them. I have tried the food and I think it is good. They have a good chef and good food choices. The community is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this community.

Brookdale Brookfield Capitol Dr is an exceptional memory care facility. My mother was a resident there from May 2015 until her passing in September 2016. Each and every day the entire staff provided patient, thoughtful and compassionate care. Yes, occasionally there were some bad and/or chemical odors which is to be expected from this type of facility but Brookdale was very clean and my mother's and other residents needs were always promptly addressed. Communication was excellent between the staff and the family and we were kept informed of all physical and psychological issues. The staff was truly her second family.

The staff at Brookdale of Belle Meade are wonderful and really keep an eye on all of their patients/residents. The buildings are lovely and always smell nicely as you enter. The maintenance/cleaning crew always keep the residents rooms clean and tidy! The only downside would be the meals. The food is not great however, all residents have a fridge and a microwave in their rooms. Family members can bring in fruits, veggies, and frozen meals for their loved ones.

My family suddenly faced a challenge to find an assisted living facility when my mother was being discharged from a hospital on a holiday weekend. Thanks to service above and beyond outstanding from Brookdale staff [Removed] (Business Dev), [Removed] RN, and [Removed] (ED), my mother moved once into Brookdale Bellevue over that holiday weekend. Our family breathed a sigh of relief. Since then, I have seen caring service from caregivers, med techs, LNs, ED, reception, business dev, activities, dietary, housekeeping and maintenance staff. And the holiday celebration for residents and family with prime rib and coconut shrimp, festive decor, live singing carolers, and gracious service by staff was the best!

Moved my mom here just over 1 month ago and she is doing so much better here than where she resided before. There are so many engaging activities every day, and the entire staff is so well trained in how to encourage each resident's participation in those activities. Each day that I visit, I meet another staff member who has such a genuine love and concern for the health and overall welfare of each resident. The interaction between staff and resident is on a personal level to encourage residents to talk and even laugh while still providing the needed care and safety. RN's are reachable on site or by phone to update me about my moms condition or answer any questions I have. On site PT, OT, & a Nurse Practitioner were available for my mom upon her admission. These folks are amazing. The administrative staff is very helpful and reachable. Any questions and/or concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Only wish I had moved my mom here sooner!

We are very satisfied with this community. The staff is doing a great job with my brother in law. They are all very helpful and we could not be happier. This was actually our first choice when we started the search.
