Brookdale

Watched my mother go through so much pain and distress and neglect at sequoyah point. So wish we had known about Brookdale!! Her brother, my uncle has been there a month and the only bad thing I have to say is they totally spoiled him!! Awesome group of people.

The community has been great with the help of great staff. My dad enjoys the meals and activities he gets daily. They keep the community is kept clean and housekeeping does a good job for my dad's room. My dad loves it there because there is so much more to do. He likes that there is more people to talk and his apartment is much nicer.

Of the facilities that we visited, this was by far the cleanest and most welcoming of all. Staff was pleasant, seemed to enjoy their work. Residents we spoke with (in private) were very happy with everything.

I like this community for the care that my mom is getting here. The staff is always nice and friendly. They help with everything that is needed for her. She likes the meals that are offered. She is not participating in the activities with the other residents. We would like to see her more active. We would recommend the care and the value of this community, for good care.

The facility was well kept, the people were professional and caring and I loved what they had to offer.

My mother had her heart set on this community since she toured it. She loves the fact that it is by a river, so the view out the window of her soon to be apartment is beautiful. It is a quiet setting, on 12 archers so it's perfect for nature lovers. They seem to offer a lot of activities. She is looking forward to moving in.

I liked this community based on it's location, amenities, services and cost. The services can be selected through a la carte. They have been enjoying tasty meals and they can choose from nice activities. My parents have been doing fine in this community.

My father is doing great since moving into the Brookdale Norman. The place is very clean and the staff is wonderful. They are very friendly and attentive. I like how small the place is and the personal attention my father receives.

I toured this community for the care for my mom and this was not what we were needing at the time. The staff were very nice and answered my questions. The menu of the meals is very appealing. She needed more care and this was not going to be a good fit. They charge extra for other expenses. This is a nice assisted living community.

My mother is still adjusting to all of the changes and things that have been going on since she moved to the Brookdale Valencia. The place itself is very nice and all of the staff are accommodating. They have a physical therapist on site as well. The food my mother thinks is very good. So far, everything is going well.

Outstanding experience. The staff is professional, respectful, friendly, and caring. The facility deserves 5 stars for cleanliness and design. We have not had 1 bad experience, frustration, or disappointment. My mother is receiving superior care, which is a great relief for me. She has been made to feel like she is part of a family with residents and staff. I am thankful a place like this one is close and available.

The very first facility recommended by our representative, [Removed], at A Place for Mom was Brookdale Filmore Pond in Bennington Vt. It is the perfect place for her; she is happy there and we are relieved and happy as well. From what we have seen so far and from what we also have heard from residents and their families this is a place where they truly care for their residents, and each staff member seems committed to doing an outstanding job in their specific areas. We are very pleased and very greatful for our representative. Thank you so much.

This is a nice community and well nicely taken care. The staff is outstanding and attentive. The food is very good and we were able to have meals with her that are outstanding. She is able to participate in activities. She likes when the musicians come in. This is a pet-friendly community for everyone. This community comes highly recommend for the care and value to loved ones.

Right from the beginning, everyone that my parents and I have talked with, has been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. My folks have an apartment in the Independent Living section of the community. We are very happy with the amenities and activity packed calendar. The food is excellent. Security with sensor key is convenient. Maintenance has been a little slow, but it's a big community and ultimately, our requests have been met. I definately recommend Brookdale Club Hill.

This started rough with missed promises but after seeing so many other places has turned out to be the best choice. The staff and residents seem so happy to be there that I hope my Mother-in Law will be Happy again. She mainly needed to be around people again and this has wonderful fresh food being made daily and a communal food area that operates like a restaurant. There seem to be a wide range of events and things to do and my mother-in-law has already taken a bus tour of the area. We feel so smart that we chose Brookdale in Scotts Valley. 15 minutes from our house and very pleasant to see her there. They welcomed her dog and she is her companion. The staff seem to truly love the residents.

Brookdale Madison West has been great! They are professional delivering excellent service, but, they are also personal, and have embraced my father-in-law with care and kindness like family. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My mother is still adjusting to assisted living. The place is clean from what I saw, and everyone was very friendly. My mother tells me that she is joining many activities and staying active. Overall, I think things are going very well for her.

My mother in law is doing great here at this community. It is a great place, and we are satisfied with her move here. They do a good job keeping everything neat, and tidy. The staff is good, they have been attentive, and very helpful. They are encouraging to her to try the activities they offer, and she has tired a few of them. The meals are great, she is very pleased with the food. We know she is being provided with good care, and in a safe environment. All is well so far, and I would recommend this community.

I enjoyed speaking to friendly staff and taking the time to show us the community. They responded well to my questions and gave very good information about all that is featured. It was brought to my attention they include Assisted Living and I was looking for something more directed to Memory Care.
