Brookdale

We toured this community. We had used the service for a few days. We did not like that he had a injury from this community that we did not like. We did get good care from the staff. We did like menu. They do have activies for the residents who are able to participate. We would recommend this community for families to tour to see if this is the care that they need for a loved one. We felt like they did not always have a lot of staff that are needed.

Very welcoming, warm environment and [Removed] was the best. Interviewed my about my mom kindly and clearly knew what she was talking about. We did decide on another community, though. North Creek Bonaventure is part of the corporate family that mom is in now, so transfer will be easier and a little less expensive.

My wife was at this community for care. The staff was nice. This was a new community when my wife moved in. The community is clean and they need a lot of improvements on the menu. We did not like that there was only a doctor once a month. My wife needed medication. They did not have a nurse to assist with my wife's needs. We did not feel that they were organized. We would not be able to recommend this community.

I am very pleased with the care my mother is getting here, the staff is working well with the Hospice care givers and most of all my mom seems happy here. There is a nice secured patio that she enjoys going out on and there are 2 dining area's in the memory care area for her to choose from. My mom even got to bring some of her own furniture for her room so it feels more like home to her. They do keep her busy during the day with specialized activities and she likes the church services as well.

I am very forunate that I was able to work out a pricing deal here at Brookdale and did not have to make a move. This community and the staff here are great. I enjoy being around all the staff and residents here, I like the activities, the entertainment and my apt is a nice size with a sink and refrigerator. I like going to the dining room and they have a varity on the menu to pick from. I'm glad I'll be staying and recommend this community.

The staff have been helpful for the most part. They did help when we moved mom in. They do offer daily activities. Mom is satisfied with the food. The community is clean and they have a courtyard in the center of the community. Mom's apartment is a nice size. This community is in a good location for family.

This was a nice community but on the small side. We liked the staff and the cleanliness of this community. We liked the staff. This community did not have the feeling that we were looking for. We were not able to see a lot of activity for the residents at the time of the tour. We felt that this would have been a nice community if they had the care that we were needing. Families should consider a tour for the care of a loved one.

My friend likes living at this community. The staff are helpful and encourage her to be active. The caregivers are attentive and make sure the residents are well taken care of. She is starting to participate in some of the daily activities. The food is very good and the community is beautiful. I would recommend this community.

So far they have been taking very good care of my mom at Brookdale Redmond. It is a beautiful well-maintained community. I was pleasantly surprised how nice and clean it was. It feels like walking into a hotel or resort, not an assisted living facility. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Her apartment is very bright and airy and clean smelling. They provide activities and outside excursions which she has just started to participating in. She has been going down to the dining room to eat and socialize with the residents and she is getting acquainted and making new friends. Outside they have a garden area where the residents can plant and attend to the beautiful flowers, and there is a nice pathway to walk around and enjoy the nicely landscaped grounds. I would recommend this community to others, so far I am very impressed.

We are very pleased with the care my mother in law is receiving here. She is very happy and has settled in nicely. She is doing some activities and she is socializing and meeting new people. Most days she likes the food there are some days it will not be too her liking. The staff here is wonderful very pleased with them. They are very professional caring and very nice. The community is always clean and well kept.

My grandma likes some of the activities offered and they have a church music group that comes in to entertain. The staff have been friendly and we have good communication with them. She seems to enjoy the food. The community is well taken care of inside and out. I would recommend this community.

I toured this facility. It was a very nice and homey Brookdale place. I think it could be a good fit for my mom when she needs assisted living because they can accept Medicaid.

Penny Cardino was absolutely wonderful! She took a genuine interest in my in-laws. My father in law was not there and in hospital 5 weeks post stroke. She offered to help get him in to a better rehab facility that will ensure he gets the quality of care he deserves and with our permission, monitor his progress so that when he's ready to get out of rehab, Brookdale will be aware of his issues/challenges and be prepared to offer the level of care he requires. She listened to my Mother in law and provided honest, genuine responses to her fears and concerns. We thought Mother would never agree to Assisted Living though they desperately need that support. At the end of today, Mother is agreeable to giving it a try and talking positively about our visit. Thank you Brookdale for having such a wonderful Sales Manager.

It was a Perfect choice for mom The activity department is Outstanding They truly care The best is how engaged everyone is It is a Team One great thing is there is no smell no odors just fresh and spotless clean The staff are caring they take pride in the job and respect and love the patients Nursing is dedicated always willing to listen very informative and helpful It makes the move effortless knowing your loved one is in good hands Although mom time was brief We were extremely pleased with this beautiful loving facility and staff She truly loved it there Most touching is the Staff came to mothers services Nursing sent card afterward It was truly appreciated and We recognized this was more than an assisted living It is a family

Brookdale Trillium Crossing was absolutely perfect. This community is more focused on independent living, not memory care. We were able to see first hand how they interacted with the needs of the residents. It was great to see that they would drop what they were doing and take care of the resident's requests. The rooms were fabulous, and the way they were situated it was very private. We chose another community that was a better fit for our loved one's needs.

Brookdale Skeet Club was the best choice for my mom. They are taking such good care of her and her care needs. They couldn't do any more for her if they tried. The environment is absolutely warm and comfortable and is very homey. The food is excellent, I have dined with her on several occasions, and the meals are delicious. The staff really tries to encourage the residents to engage in the activities. My mom is one who does not like to participate much, but they still try and get her to join in. There are nice walkways for the residents to be able to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. There is transportation for the residents to go out on excursions if they are able. I would definitely recommend this community to others.
