I am happy with the car from this community.ythe staff is nice and always caring. The community is clean, but they need to make some changes in the menu. They have activities which are helpful. This is a nice environment for care. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

We toured this community for care. The community needs to be updated. The community is clean and the rooms are big. They do have a lot of options of care that is provided. We would recommend this community for the care of other families for the care of a loved one.

This is a good community for my mom. The staff are caring and always attentive. The menu is good and she is pleased with the nice variety of healthy meals. They do have a good list of activities for they have activities for the others that she is trying to get used to do with the others. We would recommend this community and we like knowing that she does have a friend that is moving in soon.

I'am really enjoying my time here in this community. it is a great place with kind people. They have a great staff, and they are always willing to help. They do a good job with the cleanliness, everything is always very well-kept. I'am pleased with everything they have done for me.

My Dad lived at Brookdale for 2 1/2 years. Everything was too notch. He was diagnosed with end stage dementia a few weeks ago. The hospital told me to move him to skilled nursing with hospice care. I got a call from [Removed] at Brookdale and She told me they loved my dad and wanted him to come home to do his end of life care with Hospice. I was so relieved. [Removed] and staff would hold his hand and comfort him for hours. He died last Saturday with dignity thanks to Brookdale. My and my family are so very grateful.

I like this community for good for my husbands care. I like knowing that the staff is caring to his needs. The environment is good for him and he likes being able to participate with the other residents. The menu is very appealing. We have recommended others to the community for excellent care and value for a loved one.

My dad is flourishing here his apt has a full kitchen which he says is for decoration because he likes going to the dining room at meal time and he also likes going to the coffee lounge to sit and visit with the other residents as well. The grounds here are beautiful, there's a covered patio, dad has a screened in porch so he can leave his door open and the butterflies are everywhere. They also have a pool outside and every month they have a different themed special event. There are field trips and so many other amenitites that the residents can choose from. This community also has the different levels of care from independent on up through memory care. We could not have found a better place for my dad.

I really liked this community in fact so much I had placed a deposit with them. The staff was wonderful very nice and friendly. The community has been updated so it looks really nice very clean and modern. We would have placed my mom here but it turned out they had too much of a waiting list and I needed something sooner than later.

We are very pleased with our choice to move our parents into Brookdale Cypress Station. It is a nice and clean community. The staff is warm and welcoming when we come to visit our parents. The staff is very receptive to any questions or concerns regarding the care of my parents. We liked this community with the fact that they had accommodations for a married couple and still have plenty of living space, not just bedrooms. I haven't dined there with them yet but, my parents think the food is much better here than the last place they were living. They offer plenty of activities and my parents like to participate in them. In the center of the buildings, they have a nice patio area that is nicely landscaped for the residents to go outside and enjoy the fresh air. And there are a lot of front porches with rockers. This community was a good fit for our budget and we appreciated the discounts that came with it.

They have a lovely staff, and they have been very helpful whenever needed. The community, and her room are well-kept when I visit. In times of adversity, you see the true champions. Brookdale Port Charlotte was evacuated during the hurricane and this team... wow! They stayed and cared for my mom and the residents 24/7, scarifying their sleep and comfort to make certain everyone was calm and well. They were remarkable! No complaining, patient and loving. We are so grateful for each and every one of them. Mom is back in her apartment smiling and getting back to normal. It's important to know who your caregivers are when the chips are down. 1 in a million! Thank you for the bottom of our hearts.

I can not say enough good things about this community. My uncle is doing great since his move here, and I'am very satisfied with everything they have done for us. He is very pleased with his move to this community. Everyone in this community is great, from the people who run it, to the staff. It has been a wonderful experience. With out doubt I would recommend this community, it is working out very well for us.
