My siblings and I were very pleased with the reception we rec'd from [name removed], she sat down and explained all about the facility and answered all of our questions. The facility was bright and clean inside. We are definitely considering Brookdale for our Mom.

[Name removed] was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist with transition process for my mother. The facility was exceptional. This was a great experience.

[Name removed], the sales associate, was very organized, professional, & informative, & answered all of our many questions thoroughly & patiently. She introduced us to some of the staff & residents, & gave us the opportunity to speak with them & ask them questions. She & the staff we met were all courteous, friendly, clean, & knowledgeable, & seemed to enjoy working with the residents. Some of the residents were pleasantly engaged with other residents, & the ones we spoke with were very complimentary about the facility, the staff, and, most of all, the food. They all seemed happy, well-groomed, & well cared for. Brookdale Apache Junction had all the amenities, & was very nice, very clean, & well-organized, & the layout was well-planned & easy to navigate. The studios we looked at had very spacious floor-plans, were clean, & even had small kitchens. Although we were invited to try the food, we passed on it for that day, but the food we saw looked really good, the menus were well thought out & nutritional, with many choices & a lot of convenient options, the dining room was clean, & the residents we spoke with praised the food, with one saying "it was the best in town". Overall, [Name removed] made the touring experience a very pleasant one, & we believe this is the nicest senior living facility in Apache Junction, AZ.

Brookdale Lake Mary is a wonderful community. The Executive Director has been with Brookdale for over 16 years. Most of the care staff and food service staff has been at the community for over 5 years. Experience matters in senior living.

My mother has lived here for three years and we have been extremely happy with the care she has been receiving, as well as the food. I’ve noticed all of my moms concerns have been addressed in a very timely manner and the care staff seems to really listen to her gripes and resolved them quickly. The views from every apartment are amazing and we love the park like setting and proximity to hospital. My mom’s balcony allows her to get fresh air and sit outside and enjoy the birds. We are so pleased that we chose the right fit for my mom at Brookdale River Valley Tualatin. We would recommend to anyone looking for a home for their parents

New Management staff are really making a difference, The Executive Director and Head of Nursing do a fantastic job - They always answer when I call and are most helpful.

My sister has been in the memory care unit at Brookdale Beckett Meadows for seven months. She has improved so much since being there because of the care and attention given to her by the staff. We know she will never be able to leave and this is her new home and family and it makes us feel comforted to see how they treat her like family. She seems to like all the activities and enjoys having her hair and nails done every week. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff especially [Name removed] and [Name removed]. [Name removed]

Just eat a wonderful lunch there. Flavorful and restaurant quality. Still shocked, because I never expected that from a facility. Their sales counselor is a doll. Really helpful and compassionate. It’s apparent to me, they are making a difference. The residents I encountered were all complimentary. This one just moved to the #1 spot!

My 95 year old mother moved into Brookdale in Wake Forest NC in February 2018 to be near to me and she found a “home”. From management to maintenance the staff cared for and loved my mom. The facility was clean and my mom was always treated with dignity and grace. My mother died yesterday and my only regret is that we had not moved her to Brookdale earlier.

This is the perfect place for my mother; it is close to most of her immediate family, which is important to us. She moved in on June 15th. She is feeling more comfortable each day. The facility suggests that family limit visits during her first 20 days there, so we communicate by telephone at least once a week. Our last two phone conversations were much more positive, with minimal negative comments from her. Thank you, [Name removed] for all your support in helping to find the perfect place for my mother. Nice rural setting but close to Staunton/Verona, very clean and updated furnishings, friendly staff, I was pleasantly surprised at how well I liked this place..

I liked this place very much and will be going there with my service dog. I went to an exercise class, that I was able to do in my seat, then had lunch and visited with the most lovely ladies. All of them said how much they enjoy living there and how the people who work there care so much for them. I also went to a grand event, and the food was spectacular. They set the place up to the nines. I was impressed. It's a smaller place, and I love the layouts and the beautiful garden. So much to do and I am looking forward to entertaining the ladies with my organ skills. I'm very excited.

I was very impressed with the Brookdale community. The different levels of care provided is a good feature. The facility was well maintained, clean and the residents looked content.
