Entire employees from housekeeping, maintenance, dining and administrators are excellent, friendly, efficient, and have taken excellent care of us during this difficult time.

What a wonderful place to live! The staff takes care of our every need - entertainment, activities, food service, maintenance and makes sure that we are well and happy. During this pandemic, we have been so fortunate to have such an excellent staff. I hesitate to name individuals as I do not want to miss thanking any one of them. Thanks to everyone at Brookdale Chambrel!

The staff members at Brookdale Destin are absolutely incredible. This community is has the best value in the area by far and they offer the best quality of care. Their care services are fantastic and they offer a bunch of activities. Some activities they had were travel days, where the bus service would take the residents out shopping, to the grocery store or to their doctors appointments. It is located in a really nice upscale area, you can walk the property which is surrounded by lakes and bridges. We were able to visit our loved one during COVID which was great. We were allowed to sit outside in a lawn chair and be separated by the screened in porch our loved one had. His room was like a one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette. The food is top of the line, our loved one is a very picky eater and he never had one complaint. This community goes to a level one medical care in any room and throughout the whole entire facility. It is also located less than a quarter mile from the major hospital.

We chose Brookdale Altamonte Springs because a friend of mine had someone she knew that was in the facility for a year in a half prior to my mother needing the care. I knew their background and how they handled situation and how they responded to issues. The director has remained constant here and I cannot say enough good things about [name removed]. They have gone above and beyond best to have activities for the residents even with the pandemic going on. The food here is out of this world, it is chef prepared and he is phenomenal. The menu has a TON of variety and he goes out of his way to accommodate to his residents. The staff and nursing have all been absolutely amazing with their care as well. I have recommended the facility to so many people.

I would tell my friends that it is very clean place. I haven't meet staff that isn't friendly, caring. The staff are very attentive to my loved one. I feel comfortable with my loved one there. They have bingo, auctions, banana splits, shopping trips, and more as far as activities go. The activities calendar is pretty full as well.

We chose Brookdale Bayshore because of the location, it was close to the family as well as it was on the water and had great views. It was a nice open area. The room sizes are acceptable. The food here is chef prepared and you have a full menu to order from. I would recommend. They did have a turnover in management while we were moving in as well as when we were moving people out. We were here less than a year.

We chose Brookdale Tequesta because it was closer to my residence so if she needed anything, I am right there. The room sizes are great for her needs. The best part about the community so far has been that they have been really safe with the residents and corona-virus. They have had 0 cases. I would absolutely recommend.

Our loved one is very happy with the care services they provide, and compared to other communities in the area this one has a good value. The staff members do a good job keeping the residents active and engaged. Everyone was very nice when we first came to visit and they really went out of their way to help us out whenever we needed it and it was done in a timely manner. We are very happy with where our loved one is at.

We chose Brookdale Pensacola because of the value for what we would be paying. It was clean, it smelled good, and it had fresh paint. It just seemed like a nicer facility. One of the reasons we also chose it was because of the social activities that they were providing. The room sizes are comparable to others that we saw. She really likes the food. My favorite part about the community would be the relationship I have with the staff members. They reach out to me to let me know what is going on with mom and I can reach out to them anytime. It has been very comforting. I would absolutely recommend.

We had a great experience with this community and with the assisted living. The activities were great, we really liked how friendly the staff was and the care they gave my wife. This community was located in a great area.

Deciding on the best retirement & long term care community for my 84 year old (yet still mostly independent) father was one of the most important decisions I’ve made as an adult; I’ve learned the challenge of suddenly being “the Adult Child of a Senior Parent” is a very important role I could not imagine until I became one! However, with the compassionate, caring and professional guidance of Brookdale Collin Oaks my Dad feels very secure and happy in his new apt home. We are especially grateful to [name removed] and the other full-time staff there who have persevered during Covid-19 and still kept residents and their families updated and alleviated our fears. To make this decision in an unprecedented pandemic era was made far better by Brookdale Collin Oaks’ reassurance. The staff are all friendly, respectful and kind; my father feels safe and that’s the best feeling I could ask for! We are very impressed by and grateful to B.C.O. for helping us give my father the assistance he needs along with the dignity & independence he can maintain. Thank you for being here for reassuring Seniors and their families!

They did a great job caring for our family members. When more help was needed, they were able to continue their care for both our parents and we are grateful. Always responsive day or night, even weekends. Our mom loved her home and when things changed with her abilities, management came up with solutions to keep her in a routine, that even we wouldn't have thought of. We have some experience with asst. living and brookdale port charlotte truly care about their residents, and will go right by them. That is what you need to know.

Our loved one was there for only a couple months and during that time we just realized Brookdale community wasn't for us, some of the time she would try and get out. Brookdale did a great job of realizing this place wasn't for us and they truly did everything they could of done to help us out. They were very accommodating. The people at this community are just wonderful. At the time our loved one was at this community she did not require a lot of care services other than needing help with her medication, which they helped out always. The administration did a very good job with the overall process, they did their absolute best to accommodate to her needs. Everyone at this community was very friendly, they would always say hi to us when we came to visit. The staff did their best to make everyone feel welcomed.

I love this place. I would highly recommend this community to friends. I found this place to be clean, extremely helpful, and professional. The rooms were neat and clean and had enough space. The room was big enough for my loved one.

Everything about this community is excellent, we cannot say enough good things about it. We were incredibly impressed. The care services they had are excellent. They did offer activities to the residents, like bingo where they could actually win small prizes at the end. One thing that really stood out to us, was we had an appointment on a Saturday and right when you walked in there was a woman standing at a small table waiting to greet anyone that entered the building. We were really blown away but that, and how helpful and friendly she was, especially for being over the weekend. The room are more on the smaller side but still very nice. From our understanding the food at this community is good. This community is very nice, the hallway is decorated with beautiful pictures of the lakes in the surrounding areas.

We chose Brookdale Hendersonville East because it was close to my home and also my mother has the option to move to the FL facility if she wants to. They had also just repainted so it gave it a nice look. Her room is on the smaller side, but we have made it work. The one thing she complains about is the food. I have eaten here and it does not have a lot of flavor, sometimes it is not cooked all the way. They also do not have a lot of variety. I would absolutely recommend this facility and have. My mom has friends, she does bowling, bingo, she is on the committee where they do presentations about current events. It has given her a new life compared to what she was doing before.

I highly recommend this community. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food was fair, and ok. The staff took my loved one to the dining room or gave him his meals in his room. They had arts and crafts, piano playing, and other activities.

My sister is moving into this community tomorrow into her own apartment. The value is great. The location is close to shops. This is great for walking and close to public transportation. The grounds are kept up well. There is always someone willing to take care of any issues for me. The people are great here. They have a full kitchen in my apartment. The food is great, and they serve three meals a day.

We chose Brookdale Dicksinson because when we looked here there was immediate availability. When we toured the Alzheimer's unit we were pleased with what they had to offer. She was going to have a roommate and we were able to meet her and they are really good friends now and have bonded. The whole unit has really felt like family. I would want others to know when looking into this facility that you are able to contact them at anytime and show up at anytime, there is not set up visitation. They are very accommodating especially with COVID, we have been able to do window visits and zoom visits with the residents. I would recommend.
