The apartments viewed were spacious and inviting 2. The dinning policy with rotating scaling was a plus offering greater opportunities for meeting new friends. 3. The emphasis on individual well being and healthy activities, 4. The genial and positive attitude of the residents we encountered . 5. The meeting with [name removed] and her presentation of the Brookdale program alone is worth considering this facility,

We have lived here 4 months and love it. Our unit was not quite ready when arrived and maintenance soon had us up. The staff have been helpful, capable, and most of all friendly. The residents have also been friendly and the food is great and I don't to cook it! The menu is extensive! I have attended the activities, all well organized and fun. We are very happy here.

All staff is friendly and understanding. Good communication. I give them 5 star - BIG! They're all great workers.

Very responsive and caring staff. Keeps family appraised of family member's condition. Staff shows much care and respect to the resident. Staff is responsive to family's concerns and questions.

I really love living here at Brookdale Senior Living. I have met some interesting people this past year and a half. Many I now call my friends. God bless the staff who all work so hard to keep us safe, protected, well cared for, and well fed! I pray for them all every day and thank God for all of the staff and all the residents every day.

This facility offers Alzheimer's and dementia care. It is a small community, which allows personalized care for each resident. They offer several activities each day to involve the residents. My wife has been there 2+ years, and I have found the staff supportive of me, as well as caring for my wife.

This is the gold standard for senior care communities. The people that work here are amazing! They are kind and professional, as well as extremely efficient. [name removed] and [name removed] rescued me when no other facility was willing to take my 96 year old aunt on as a patient. I don't know what I would have done without the Loma Linda tam. They literally work miracles.

Our experience with Brookdale North Fremont has been exceptional. From the care they provide, to the open communication with our family, the staff at Brookdale go above and beyond. We know that our loved one is being respected and cared for while at Brookdale. She enjoys the daily activities as well as the meals and special treats. She can be difficult at times, and we very much appreciate the patience and kindness shown by the members of the Brookdale staff.

I have nothing but positive feedback for the care my father [name removed] receives at Brookdale Fremont North. When I visit my dad in person and see him on Facetime he always looks clean, neat, and most of the time happy. I am aware that he has chronic back pain and he can tend to get upset from it, but the staff is aware of it and cares for it properly. My interaction with the staff is always professional and friendly. And an extra thanks to [name removed]. She is always extremely helpful and keeps me informed at all times of what [my father] needs and how he is doing. I am grateful for all of Brookdale's support. The Colony has always presented itself with the highest regards for patient care. The staff has a very professional and genuine approach; coupled with a humanistic process. One quality that seems so comforting is the use of humor when necessary to bring comfort

Brookdale North Austin is a wonderful place! My father-in-law has lived there for several years and has said on numerous occasions that he's being well cared for. [name removed] and her staff are absolutely incredible! They've had quite the challenge with COVID-19 for the last two years, but everyone has remained positive throughout the pandemic. I couldn't be happier with their service, kindness, and thoughtfulness.

My wife has only been here for just over a month. From my viewpoint this place is just what [name removed] (my wife) needs.
