Brookdale

Our family had an in person tour and Brookdale Palm Coast is a very very nice facility, we wanted our loved one there but due to her mental state it was just not going to be a good fit.

Overall we are happy with Brookdale North, all of the staff members have been so friendly. There are so many choices when it comes to the meals it is like walking into a restaurant. There are also a lot of activities going on all the time which we are pleased with. The value for the cost is fair.

Brookdale Brushy Creek is a very clean community and that was something that stood out right away. All of the residents we saw seemed to be well taken care of, and we would recommend this community to others.

I would refer you to the community for your loved one. The price increase each year is [number removed]%. The personal care services change each month, and it isn't itemized, so you don't know what your paying for. The onboarding process with [name removed] is terrible; however, all the other staff are good to work with.

Visited my friend that lives here and had lunch with her.. Fantastic lunch! Reuben and tomato soup!! Very friendly staff! Beautiful dining room.

This is a nice place. The staff are friendly and do what they say they will do. They have a movie theater, games, and outside entrainment come in for activities for the residents to partake in. The staff respond quickly to the call button requests.

Great place for your parents

The staff at Brookdale North in Fremont, especially [name removed], were very helpful and supportive during our transition of moving my father into the facility. Their assistance with navigating the process and emotions helped us through the emotional time. They made sure the first day we moved him in we received a video and periodically have pictures of him participating in activities. Our father is happy and in good hands, which is what we want for him. We give them 5 stars. Patti

Very nice people work here, clean

My mother has received loving, patient, appropriate care for 7 years. The staff shows personal interest and concern for her being. The whole family feels welcome and confident with the care mother receives. She is 99 years old.

Our mother absolutely loves the meals and dining service, she is getting such great care which gives us a huge relief. They have started to do more activities as time has passed and we really appreciate ho available the activities are.

I was initially hesitant about having my 91 year old father reside in any senior living facility. Especially when I'm a snow bird' and Dad didn't want to go back to snow. Luckily we visited Brookdale Assisted Living in Punta Gorda, Florida. After meeting with the staff and taking a tour, Dad and I felt we'd found the perfect place to meet our needs. I'm so glad we did. Brookdale is a small community with a family atmosphere. All of the staff go above and beyond. They even assist Dad making Facetime calls to me. {name removed} who is the Health and Wellness director, calls me regularly with updates on Dad. I can't offer enough praises of Brookside Assisted living in Punta Gorda Florida.

I was desperately looking for a respite for my 95 year old mom who is in pretty good shape for her age. She lived with me and I was having surgery and unable to be with her for a few weeks. I contacted A Place for Mom who found Brookdale at Punta Gorda Isles. I looked at their respite with Mom, and it was perfect. It was furnished nicely, but to my surprise when she moved in the respite, the Marketing Director had refurnished it with brand new furniture, and even found a great TV as well. I was very nervous about her transition to a respite. But, a very strange thing happened. After about 3 days my mom began telling staff she loved it, and wondered if her daughter would let her live permanently. She told me on the phone that everyone knew her name and they were so kind. She loved the food. She stood up in the dining room and sang. She had people her own age to socialize with. For 10 years during my career I held positions at several assisted living, memory care and independent living facilities in Sarasota. Never did I see what I saw at Brookdale. The Nurses are above excellent, the activity director helps everyone tirelessly. the Executive Director is very hands on caring, the Marketing Director goes above and beyond. All staff are a team who love their job. The safety of the residents is incredible during these difficult times. I never thought I'd be so fortunate to find this place. Five stars!!

We moved my 97 year old mother into Brookdale Assisted Living in Punta Gorda Florida a week ago now. I am so pleased to say that she has adapted very well to her new home. She is so very happy with her new apartment. She has the best things to say about the staff. The4 caregivers and nurses are wonderful and very caring. She is enjoying all her meals. It's a very warm and inviting community. We are always welcomed with a smile when we visited. I have to personally thank {name removed} our sales representative for taking the time to listen to us and understand my mothers needs. It has been a very easy and painless move for us and we thank the entire Brookdale Punta Gorda staff all their help. I highly recommend Brookdale Assisted Living of Punta Gorda, FL {name removed}

The staff is amazing very efficient trained memory care, I visit often and see how all residents are clean healthy well cared of. {name removed} has been the lead on medical care, meds, doctors orders and team leader for all staff. All staff is very efficient and professional . We are so thankful we found Brookdale Danville.

The caregivers at this community are wonderful-[names removed] and so many more I didn't mention. They really specialize care wand watch out for my sweetie and just take care of her so well. I always recommend Brookdale to friends that are searching because I know their loved on will be taken care of above and beyond. I couldn't say enough good things.

Brookdale Irvine is a very good place to live. The staff are excellent. The dining room service is very good as is the food I live independently but for a short period of time I needed the assistance of caretakers due to illness it was excellent.

In Nov. 2020 my daughter and I toured 5 Independent Sr.Living facilities. Brookdale stood out as our absolute, first choice.. Their very nice outside grounds, large, spacious apts.& villa's, the many activities available (with Covid restrictions), and of course, the food menu (3 x @day). The monthly cost was comparable to others, but not all the services offered or the friendly staff that made such a difference. I am very happy, living here now, for 1 year, rating Brookdale the best place for senior's, who are lonesome in their present home, and would welcome making many new friends.

Great place to live! Terrific staff, good food. Biggest problem inappropriate admissions.
