They are extremely friendly and very accommodating.

I can't brag more about the good care that my Mom is getting. I really like the fact that she can age in place. She wont have to be moved all over as she getting older and progresses. Services can be added to that same spot without her being moved around. I only gave a low activity rating due to covid currently. My hope is that the activities will increase as the pandemic restrictions lower with time.

I am off to a new adventure but before I go, here is my account. Brookdale Wilton is a very sweet community. It’s more of a family style, very comfortable place to live for seniors needing assistance or memory care. With the new chef the food is incredibly delicious. The executive directors is one of the most caring executive directors I have seen in my nine years being in this profession. He leads a team of true compassion. The Director of nursing is the best I’ve also seen, completely professional and medically strict which keeps the residence safe. The care is phenomenal and because it is a small community, it is easily managed with attention and personalized service. The activities are fine but not all residents participate so that still needs to be figured out. Several of the staff members have had their own parents live in this community which speaks volumes. I will visit and I will continue to recommend Brookdale Wilton to both my personal and professional friends.

I really enjoyed our tour at Brookdale West Melbourne. They did a very good job and were my number one choice. It was my mom's decision though, and there was another place she felt was a better fit for her.

We I love it here! It was stressful finding a place, but they were there for us and answered every phone call and every question. Nothing was too much. The people there are just so sweet and loving. Anything I ask they do, and they are so helpful with my loved one. She loves music and has enthusiastically enjoyed the karaoke sessions. After visiting other places, I feel Brookdale Melbourne is worth the money. I would suggest anyone to think about them for their parent. The staff is always right there to reinforce whatever is going on. They're always there with a hug and a smile and a positive attitude. Anytime I walk in, they're there to answer any questions I have and to help in any way they can.

They are extremely welcoming, informative and friendly and my mother loves it here at this community. They have activities like musical events, singers coming in, outings for ice cream, happy hour, tour local restaurants and more for the residents to do to stay busy. They also have a lot of religious events for the residents to participate in on Sundays.

They are extremely helpful when looking into the community. Amy who is the marketing director was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff that were able to help us from start to finish was great to work with. I would recommend this community to others for their loved ones. They have great staff and great social activities for the residents here. They do have a really caring team. The food overall is enjoyed by my loved one.

We have been really happy with this community. I feel like my loved one is safe and comfortable and that they take great care of him. They have activities like work out classes, root beer float socials, super bowl parties and more for the residents to do. They seem to keep him busy and every time I go there they are coming to get him to take him to an activity.

Liked this community a lot. Actually liked it better than the community that my loved one is in. If it was up to me this is where my loved one would have been but she just did not have that feeling that she was looking for. It felt like an updated hotel and it was a very nice community. I would live here.

The community is very clean and I really enjoying playing poker. It is a good value and I would recommend the community.

The staff members and their care services are beyond 5 stars, we strongly recommend this community. We love that the staff do not hesitate to contact us if there is ever something wrong or a concern they have. They give us a full explanation on what they are going to do and their different procedures. No matter how small they tell us everything we need to know. Right now the activities are pretty limited still, but we are hoping they start to come back quickly.

We are thankful we chose Brookdale Findlay for our loved one. The patients, care and understanding of his situation was outstanding. After we experienced a couple of facilities in the community that were not able to handle his situation, Brookdale assured us they could work with him. For a man who could not walk without falling, hardly able to feed self, and laying in a chair sleeping most of the day, he now walks alone, feeding himself and involved in their community activities. We were very blessed for the comfort and encouragement the staff gave our family during the first few months of his stay. We are a Brookdale Family. –Judy M.

This was a nice community. It was not as nice as another community that we were looking at but we were just looking for more amenities and luxuries. Very good tour and gave me everything that I needed.

Unfortunately our loved ones stay did not work out, but we loved the Brookdale community. They staff were very patient with our family and very communicative. They did their best to accommodate our loved one situation, but it just did not work out. The director [name removed] was always very responsive, he was great. He always checked in on us and still has checked in on us. The neighborhood around them is great as well.

Brookdale Sugarland is a very nice place to live. I would tell others to come check it out, but be prepared to pay a little more. The nice thing is that everything is included in the price such as the electricity, food, and things like that. They also have a washer and dryer in the units and housecleaning every week. We had to move only because they did not have a 2 bedroom available.

The place is pretty, the staff is nice. It is certainly financially attractive. It is about half the cost of a couple other places. It is competitive in cost with many that are doing the same. Many other places are double.

Brookdale Sikes Lake is a very welcoming community, and even though it is expensive - with the care they are able to provide it is worth it. They have been extremely helpful to our family so far, and our deciding factor was just the amount of advanced care they are able to provide for residents with dementia and Alzheimer's

Brookdale is a great place. I made the decision to place my loved one here - which should tell you all that you need to know.

About three years ago, our mom became a resident at Beaverton Brookdale for her increasing dementia and inability to live alone in her home. Naturally it was a hard transition, but the staff have been wonderful in trying every way to help her adjust and find ways to keep her engaged in daily activities. As her dementia increases, staff are constantly looking out for her safety as well. I respect the amount of attention they give each resident as there are so many needs and their time and skills are stretched. Many go out of their way to engage and chat cheerfully throughout their busy day, which means a lot to residents missing their families. We are grateful and would recommend this community with peace of mind.

the Brookdale staff are very caring, they take the time to get to know their residents. they have worked with our family during an incredibly difficult situation. they're just awesome!
