I love this facility! when I visited, every person there had a smile on their face. the staff said hello and they seemed to be happy to be there. when the time comes, this is where my mom is going.

This was a very nice community with genuine and friendly people. It was too far for friends and family to visit our loved one. This was the only drawback.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked the director, she has been there for quite some time and we know of other friends and family with loved ones there who are happy. However it felt a little more institutional to us and not as bright and airy.

Overall it's a good place. I feel that my loved one is safe, and I believe they are doing heir best, although I think they're having some staffing shortages. My loved one complains to me that he's always hungry, but he also doesn't ask for more food, which I know he is allowed. When I talked to Brookdale about it, they told me all he has to do is ask, but he just won't. Some of the staff will automatically bring him more, but others won't. So I've been supplementing and bringing him groceries, which is frustrating. I think they're doing an excellent job with Covid precautions. To my knowledge, they have no cases at all, which is a plus. I just wish he would participate more instead of just stay to himself, especially for how expensive it is.

We have been really happy with the Brookdale Grand community, the staff have been super friendly and given good care so far. We have had no complaints with the meals and dining service and the activities have been really good. It feels like a real neighborhood where it is just a really friendly environment.

I told a friend who is in need and they plan to look into this community. They are very caring and wanted my love one to be okay, I know that they did their best to help my loved one.

We had less then 24hrs to find a place for our loved one and right when my sister and I walked in, we knew if the price was right we were taking it. The first impression was great right away, they had a room available that we liked and as we left we gave them the deposit. We feel so thankful and blessed to have found Brookdale Brighton. The meals have been goo, they have a lot of variety which we have been pleased with. There is also a ton of activities going on throughout the week.
