Brookdale

My mom loves it. So far everything is good except the meals get repetitive. I would recommend to others.

Brookdale Cypress Lake has been such a blessing and help to me with providing the best care for my mom in their Memory Care facility. My mom came into the facility not good but as of this day, my mom has been thriving and I owe it all to Brookdale Cypress Lake for the wonderful care that their staff provides. thanks, Brookdale Cypress Lakes for such an amazing job.

I would rate all 8 categories a 5. We have been very happy with everything. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. The food is really good and the portions are large. We have eaten there a couple of times. Would recommend

We have been here 2 years and counting and we love Brookdale. It has become our home. I get so excited showing off our place to friends and family when they visit. The staff is lovely and enjoy the activities and drum cardio.

My dad has been a resident at Brookdale - Cypress Lake in Assisted Living for 3 years. He finds the staff to be caring and personable, and the convenience allows him easy access for his daily visits with mom in the Memory Care unit. He has found this to be a great living arrangement for this time in their lives, and as his daughter I appreciate the support the staff provides for his medication, meals and knowing he has caring help close by if needed.

5 stars over all....everyone amazing...especially [name removed] and [name removed] ... the food is amazing...everyone has helped us and Mom so much.. they are always there to speak with us...mom is living there and very happy

After 14 wonderful years with this company and in assisted living, I can truly say this place became my home away from home. The staff, residents, and families became like family to me. I’m grateful for all the memories, relationships, and meaningful moments I’ve shared over the years. I will always carry this special chapter of my life in my heart.

Brookdale Lodi has such positive and helpful staff to assist everyone. I was so impressed with their leadership and their commitment to the senior community! I felt embraced and supported by all of the people who work there! I have old friends who live there and they are content.

The overall experience has been great except for food. It's been just 'ok'. The community is very clean and everyone is very friendly. Since I'm in independent residency they don't care for me. I would recommend the community to others.

Mom has been here for five years. Her responses when we ask her about how happy she is here is it's just like home to her. The staff cares about all the residents and [name removed] the chef makes great meals!

[name removed] moved into Mandarin Central in July 2024. She is happy and seems to have settled in well. She has developed meaningful friendships and enjoys the food and socialization. So happy with our choice.

Staff is friendly and helpful. My mom is messy. Yesterday, we found used toilet paper in the shower. My mom refuses care from staff.

We were so impressed that we signed a contract on [date removed]. Staff and existing residents were all very welcoming.

Apartment was just the right size and had really nice natural light. The staff all knew my aunt even though she wasnt there long, they all cared for her well, you could tell everyone really cares about the people there. Management and sales were amazing, so kind and helpful, not pressuring at all. It was a bit expensive but worth every penny. Although my aunt did not participate in activity they had really cool ones for residents. Food was good and snacks were given out freely and some out just for convenience. It was as good of an end of life experience as it could be. Very clean everywhere too, very nice place.

I could not ask for a better place to care for my mom. It is such a relief to not have to worry about her. I can visit anytime, they don't have special visiting hours, which some place do and it would make me feel distrustful if that was the case. I come when I am able and she's always content. What a huge stress it has taken off our entire family.

They have great staff. The food is average, but it's a great place. I would recommend them to others.

The room is very nice and only one person per room. And each room has a private bathroom. Yes, I would recommend it to anyone.

My mom recently moved to Brookdale Falling Creek. We were impressed with the facility and the staff from the first tour we took, and that continued through the whole decision-making process and the whole move-in experience. Multiple workers have checked in on her throughout the day just to see how she is, the medical team has been helpful and accessible, her room feels less “dorm-like” and more “home-like.” We are very thankful!!!

All of the above outstanding awesome!! My sister is finally living in a place where she is enjoying herself as she should be once again!! Kudos to everyone, including yourselves for the tremendous effort and support given to have made all of this possible!!
