Brookdale

I went on a tour the staff was nice. It was very clean and up kept. I would recommend to family and friends depending if they like the location because it seems like its located downtown. There's a lot of activity around. Their is very high staff if your searching for more one on one care this is a good place.

So far our experience with Brookdale has been a good one! They were helpful and informative during the touring and move in process, and the care they've provided our loved one has been good. There were a few emergency medical situations, and I thought they handled those well.

I didn't end up moving into this community, but it was a pleasant experience. The community looks great, everything is very well maintained. The staff was kind and friendly. They were also very informative. My daughter thought it was better if I was close to her, but this is a very nice community. I would recommend it.

I did feel they were a little to pushy and to much following up. I felt like they were more concerned about getting us moved in for the money. My tour went well, but they were to pushy with the follow up's.

They do offer many activities. I saw one of the meals, it looked nice. My tour was pleasant, this is a very nice community.

My mother is still adjusting to this community, but so far everything is working out pretty well. The facility is nice and clean, but they need to do a better job with the maintenance of the grounds. The staff is great, they have been very good to work with. I will say they are slow with responding to maintenance issues. My mother smoke detector was going off for a while before they came and fixed it. She has tried a few activities offered. I've tried some of the meals and the food is great. I know she is receiving great care and I would recommend this

This is a really nice community, I really enjoyed my tour. Everybody was very kind and friendly. The staff showed me all around and everything looked great. My questions were answered, they were informative as well. It was a bit smaller than the other community's we looked at. The residents looked happy and cheerful. It was a little bit expensive for out budget. It was a pleasant tour.

This was a nice community to see and I enjoyed the tour. I was able to see all that is to be available for my mom. This is a large community with many people staying here. I thought the value was very pricey. It seems suitable for care.

My daughter in law toured this community for us. From what she told us it is a nice and clean community, everything looked great. The staff was kind and friendly. They answered all her questions. The rooms were a little smaller than I would like. It was a nice tour for her, but just not the community for us.

Well my Dad moved there just a few days ago. What made this our choice was the values placed on kindness, respect, and allowing him to live his life to his own rhythm. I especially like the that it smaller, comfortable, staffed at a good level, interested in who my Dad is, even now. They are well priced for Memory care in the area and they went to thorough steps to be sure he has the extra care he needs.

My Mother in law has been doing well at this community. The staff are pretty good and encourage her to participate in a wide variety of activities. She does like to play bingo. I have tried the food and I like it. They offer healthy choices. The community is kept clean and I would recommend it.

The staff are friendly and respond to any question or need I may have. They keep the community clean. They offer a good variety of food choices and it tastes good. I enjoy the group singing and playing bingo.

My mother and father both reside in this community. The staff is nice and are attentive. They do offer activities my mother has participated in some. The communication has been good. One thing i really liked was how the staff introduced everything that was available to my parents. The community is well up-kept.

I am disappointed in this larger community as I do not feel they have enough staff for the amount of residents. My sister had to ask where some of her supplies were as they were not in her room. They do not offer a pull cord for assistance. We think there might be a bell to ring but at this time she is not aware of this as it was not explained to her when she moved in. They keep the community clean

We are as happy as can be with the care provided here. I feel that he is safe in his community and they keep it clean. The staff are nice and respectful too. My husband thinks the food taste fine. I would recommend this community but warn that the price is high.

Unfortunately, my husband was only there for five days when he had to be rushed to the hospital. He had congestive heart failure, but they accepted him anyway. The care for someone that sick was not adequate. After two weeks in the hospital, he had to be transferred to a skilled nursing facility, where he still is today. This Brookdale was a very nice place, and had he been able to ambulate and take care of himself, it would have been perfect for him. I feel that they just need to take a better look at who they are accepting into assisted living. The management was very responsive to our needs, and the sales representative, Angela was exceptional. If he ever gets well enough for assisted living, I would hope he could go back to Brookdale Littleton.

The staff at Brookdale are nice and seem to know myself and my dad. They are very good with him. He does participate in some of the daily activities and he seems to enjoy himself. The community seems clean. I would recommend this community.

My mother in law was only here for one week. We didn't use any of the amenities with the community but it was kept very clean. The community was accommodating with the hospital bed that was brought in and the hospice staff that cared for her.
