Brookdale

Mom is doing very well and is very happy with the community and activities. They are having some turnover with the staff and I am watching and concerned why there is such a turnover. Mom has a beautiful large room with a lovely bathroom. The rooms are much larger and nicer than many of the homes I viewed before choosing Westover Hills Brookdale. Mom enjoys the food but some of it is too sweet and we're working on getting good music played in the dining room consistently. The director is very good and she is doing everything she can to get things in order. The head nurse is trying to do a good job but I feel she is pulled into many different directions. They have good programs, exercise, brain games, entertainment and outings. I have open communication with the director and the nurse. I'm hoping to keep my mom here. The staff issue has to be worked out. We'll see.

My tour of this community was okay. It is a decent community, but not my parents style. The staff I met was kind and friendly. From what I saw everything appeared to well maintained. It was a decent tour, but not the place for my parents.

I really like that the staff are all friendly and interact very well with the residents. The meals look very good and healthy she hasn't mentioned anything negative about them. I feel that she is in a safe place. I know that they have a close door policy but i would like to know that my loved one is getting checked on throughout the day. If i have concerns the director does acknowledge them.

This community is giving my father good care. The staff is nice, but needs to set up voicemail for message and better communicate. The food is good and very appealing to him. Very clean and well kept in every area. Activies are offered for him to participate. I would recommend this for good care overall.

This community is nice. The staff is helpful and caring about her needs. The rooms and the community are clean and very well kept. The meals are really good and available at anytime. Activities are offered to keep active when wanting to join in with others. I would recommend this community for good care for family members need good care.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my husband here at this community. I know he is being cared for well, he is in good hands here. They have a very nice staff at this community, they have been very friendly. There are activities available for the resident. It is a bit expensive, but it is a very nice place. So far we are satisfied with all they have done for us.

My aunt is doing well here at this community. She seems to have adjusted well to it. It is a very nice looking community, they do a great job with the cleanliness. They have a very good staff, she is being cared for well. They offer nice activities and good food. Overall I'am pleased with everything they have done for us.

I toured with Patty and Taylor. The units are very updated and nice and were also spacious. They had some great amenities. All of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price for the apartments is good but the care seems a little expensive. The tenants didn't look as happy as the ones at Mission Commons. This one is in my top two!

I think they do a wonderful job at Brookdale College Square, it has been a really great fit for my loved one. It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the people all seem very friendly. The management and front desk staff are helpful, and the caregivers are compassionate and hard working. They really bend over backwards to make sure your loved one is comfortable!

I had a tough decision after visiting. They gave me a really good tour and I got to see how beautiful the community is. All the staff were nice to meet. The facility looks clean and lovely. During the tour my guide said she does not eat the food here. Food was an important factor and we ended up not choosing them.

This is a very nice community for those who are needing great care. The staff here is great and very caring. They offer a great choice in the meals that are served. Activities are always available to those who want to keep active. I would recommend this for families who want great quality care.

Our loved one has been doing very well since the move to Brookdale Sakonnet Bay. The community is very nicely kept and clean throughout. The staff are very friendly and have done a great job caring for our loved one. The staff could do a little better with communication with the family on our loved ones care needs and appointments. Dad is enjoying the variety of choices at meals. The community offers a variety of activities for the residents to enjoy.

Though it's been a tough adjustment for my mother, everyone has been very responsive and attentive. I think this is the best value from my extensive research.

The community at Brookdale Stonebridge Ranch gave a pleasant tour. The community was nicely kept and very tidy throughout. The staff that offered the tour were very friendly and did a wonderful job showing us around the community.

Met with Theo. He was efficient and thorough. We viewed 3 suites, renovated and not. He was ready for us even though we were early. He realized that we are on a fact finding mission and did not want to waste our time. Very considerate and he definitely made the visit informative. It appears that assisted living communities are very willing to provide for independent situations as well so there can be a transition. For the right resident this is definitely as good community.

So far my mother is doing pretty good here at this community. It is a good looking community, for the most part they do a good job with the cleanliness. We have had a few issues here and there. They are willing to work with us. The care they are providing her with has gotten better. Overall so far everything is well and I would recommend this community.

This is a good community for my mom. The staff is excellent and is always polite and offers assistance to make sure things are good for my mom. The community is clean and very nice. They offer my mom activities that she seems to enjoy. I would recommend this to other families for excellent care for the value.

My aunt is no longer there but she was there for two weeks and during that time my aunt really liked it. The community seemed nice and they treated her great. I would like my aunt to live there permanently but she is concerned with the price if she moved in permanently.
