Brookdale

Overall I think they do a good job at Brookdale Broken Arrow! It's a clean, nice looking place, and for the most part our loved one seems to like all of the staff. However, I do think they could have a few more people on staff in the evenings, sometimes it takes quite a while for anyone to let us in if we visit too late. I also think they could do a better job making sure the residents know how their dining system works, we often have to remind Mom that she can order something else if she doesn't like what is on the menu.

This has been a likable community for my mother-in-law. She likes it there so far and she is doing fine with care from the community.

This is community is very nice. The staff is excellent and helpful. They could not accommodate all of my mom's needs, but were outstanding. Very clean environment . I would highly recommend there care to anyone.

I liked seeing this community and visited the place a few times. The staff were nice people but I saw a few residents when visiting. I felt that it was pretty quiet and did not see any activities going on when I went to visit.

This is a nice community. My tour went well, I enjoyed it. From what I was shown the community appeared to be well maintained. The staff I met was friendly and nice. They were informative and answered my questions. This is a lovely community with kind people. My tour was nice.

I am pleased with the overall experience of living here! The 10 hours of move -in help were a surprise to me and most welcome since i injured my knee in the process of moving. The food is not the best but it is more than adequate and available at all times. I am content with the services and like that they can be tailored to fit my needs. I have been here only one month and have yet to experience the full range of activities

Overall our experience with Brookdale Garden Grove has been a very good one! My loved one is really enjoying herself! The staff is friendly and professional, the facility is clean, and they do a great job with all of the activities and food. My only complaint is that I've had some issues with the billing department and it hasn't been easy getting those worked out.

My brother is doing pretty well here at this community. It is a nice looking community, they do a good job with keeping everything nice and clean. The staff for the most part is very nice and helpful. I've had an issue with the director, my brother missed his pain medication dosage. That is a very important medication for him. When I discussed this with the director she just made excuses instead of providing a solution from the problem. The nurse is great, they are taking good care of him. Overall I would recommend this community.

I had a nice tour of Brookdale North Scottsdale. The staff seemed nice and the community is clean. They offer activities. It seemed like a wonderful environment. The cost at this community was just a little to high for us.

The rooms need a better atmosphere. During my tour i got to visit the rooms and i didn't get a warm feeling. The rest of the whole place was nice and organized. The tour guide was super attentive and gave me all of the necessary information in regard to the community. The meals and the activities sounded great.
