Brookdale

This is a nice community for my mom. The staff are very helpful. It is a clean environment . Mom is very happy with the food that is available. We would highly recommend this community to others.

My friend is doing very well here at this community. She has adjusted well to it. The community looks great, they do a great job with the cleaning. The staff is great, they are very welcoming and helpful. She enjoys the activities offered. The meals are very nice. It has been a lovely experience and I would recommend it.

We liked our tour of this community. It seemed clean and the staff we met were nice. They did offer some activities. This community was a little more expensive than we were looking for.

Kosher and vegetarian meals are some of the kinds of meals that Brookdale Sunwest offers. They try to work with families and accommodate their needs. The dinning room is open from 7am-7pm giving the residents more time to choose the time they would like to eat. Some of the common areas looked a little outdated but were very clean. Activities are offered the staff will try to encourage residents to a level of comfort to participate in them. I thought my tour guide was very informative with all of this information.

My mother in law likes the breakfast that is offered to her. So, far she does mention that lunch and dinner are not very good to her. The staff try to maintain the community clean and up-kept. I would recommend this place to family and friends. The community does offer activities but at the moment my loved one has not been engaging in any. The staff does try for her to engage in them to a level of comfort.

Everything has been fine since our loved one moved to Brookdale Denton South. The staff have been very helpful with the transition. They are all very receptive and it is a nice little community. Our loved one is enjoying the good meals that they serve. The community is nicely maintained and clean throughout. The community offers a variety of activities for the residents to enjoy. I would rate the community a 4.8!

This community was focused more on independent residents. It wasn't really what we were searching for but i did like that everything was really organized and cleaned throughout the place. The staff were attentive with me and the tour guide was very informative. They did offer me a complimentary meal but i didn't have time to enjoy it. Everyone was very accommodating and really helpful.

I tried this place out and went to tour it twice. It was over booked for respite. I needed a flexible schedule to set up a respite for our loved one. It was a nice place to tour.

The staff were very nice during our tour of this community. This community is clean. The accommodations appeared to be good. We just happened to like the community we chose more.

My father is doing well here. For the most part it is a nice looking community. The staff is wonderful, they are very nice, they really listen, and they are very concerned. He has tried a few of the activities offered, but I do think there could be a better variety to choose from. The food is okay, he say's they need better quality food and more choices to from. Overall I know he is being cared for well and he is in good hands. This is a community I would recommend.

The staff at Brookdale Madison West are very friendly and the community is a nice place.They offer a variety of activities for the residents to enjoy. I would like for the staff to proactively invite the residents to participate and to offer more activities throughout the day. Our loved one has not enjoyed the food very much it lacks freshness and seasoning.

I would really like for the staff to have better communication with the family regarding my loved ones health and how they are doing through out the day. The staff doesn't really try to encourage my loved ones to participate in activities leaving them with nothing to really do. If my loved ones engaged in something they liked they would be more active. The meals have been okay and the cleanliness of the community is fine.

Brookdale was very easy to work with as we moved my mother into their home. The Owasso location is a small facility which allows for very personalized care. This is the highest praise I can give...their administration, nurse, aids and all others associated in caring for my mother have been wonderful! They do not just give the impression that they care, they follow through and demonstrate so, time after time. Every life experience and living situation will have pros and cons. For Brookdale, the biggest improvement I suggest is in their menu--perhaps giving options for residents--and in the quality of the preparation...as there are times when taste is quite bland. All concerns have been promptly followed-up...and, again, this demonstrates the real care and compassion of the staff and administration.

The staff was friendly, very interested in their facility and the job of working with seniors. It was evident they liked seniors and helping them. They were anxious to help us find the right place for my mother. The facility was beautiful, easy to navigate and find things. The only disappointment I had was the bathroom in the only avialble room was not handicap accessible. They only had 2 rooms that were such.

This is a nice community. My mom is happy with the community. The staff is great and caring for all my mom's needs. Activities are offered, but she is not participating right now. I would highly recommend this community for the value and the great care.
