Brookdale

We enjoyed our tour of this community. Everyone was very kind to family, and myself. The community looked great. You could tell they do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. It was a good experience, and this was a community I was considering moving my mother too.

The tour went very well and I decided to pick this community for my dad. He is doing really good with the help of the community.

From what I saw when touring the community they were suitable. The staff offered us to stay for lunch but time was not available. Everybody looked like the enjoyed the community. However this facility was not in a good location but much farther away from us.

I would recommend this community for a respite stay. We decided to use this place until we were able to move into another community. The experience was fine. It wasn't as nice but okay. The meals and activities were suitable for a short stay.

I wish you had a library and a mini store. It would really be nice if you had a pool.

This is a very nice community, and my tour of it went very well. The staff was kind, and very friendly. My questions were answered. The community looked nice, and well maintained. The only issue we had with this community was the size of the rooms. They were to small for our taste. Overall my tour went well, but not the facility for my mother.

My aunt needed a home right away. I was able to interact with this community and decided that it was the home for her. Since moving in she is doing great, they are doing well. Home health comes to the community are they both are working well together. It is a very clean place that I appreciate seeing daily. The staff are very friendly and they girls are good at being accommodating and attentive. I would recommend them but it's a little expensive.

I toured this community and did not like that they did have an odor in the community. The value is very good. I liked the staff that was friendly and answered my questions. The activities seemed to be good. I liked the rooms. I suggested that families see this community for themselves and to see if this is what they are needing.

I like the care at this community. The staff is friendly and attentive to his needs. The community is clean and I like that he is enjoying the meals. They do offer him activities to enjoy with the other residents. I would be happy to recommend other families to this community for a good value and great care.

I have no complaints about my fathers stay in this community so far. He has really made himself comfortable in his new living environment. He has had no complaints about the food and seems to be enjoying the activities with the other residents throughout the week. Overall things are going really well and I would defiantly recommend it.

This is a nice community. The staff is nice, but there is a lack of communication. I feel like she might need some additional assistance or more staff. They offer healthy meals and a good variety. They have a lot of activities that she is offered to participate. She likes the happy hours and music. there is a nice outdoor area that is enjoyed. The community is very clean. I would recommend this community for other families to tour for good care.

It took my mother in law a few weeks to adjust to living at Brookdale. The staff are a little slow to respond when she presses her button for help, unfortunately I think the might be a little understaffed. They do offer daily activities and they are trying to help her walk. She seems to like the food and they keep the community clean. I would recommend looking at this community to see if it would work for you.

When I toured the Brookdale Brairgate, I thought it was a very nice facility. The place was clean and the tour guide was very friendly, she was able to answer any questions that I had.

This is a brand new community. It is a huge community and it was just a little larger than what we were looking for. The people I met were nice and the community seemed clean.

The staff we meet at this community were nice and knowledgable. This community consists of two towers and the elevators seemed to take a long time. The community seemed clean it just did not seem like it would work for mom.

The staff are friendly. Mom has a nice apartment here. The food is good and they offer a nice selection of choices. The community works with a pharmacy close by so the residents prescriptions can be delivered to them. They offer a lot of daily activities and transportation to stores and other places in the area. They are reasonably priced and I have already recommended this community. They offer a check in system and if the staff does not hear from the residents by a certain time they go check on them.

This is a lovely community, and I'am very pleased with my mothers move here. I do feel she is safe, and receiving great care. The staff is wonderful. Everything is working out very well, and I would recommend this community.

This was a nice tour and I was happy with the staff who were nice and answered my questions on the care that is offered at this community. The menu looked appealing and the residents appeared to like the activities that are offered. Families might want to tour this community for the care of a loved one.

My father is doing well here at this community. So far everything is working out great. They have a great staff at this community. They have been very helpful, and informative. I know he is receiving good care. It has been a good experience, and I would recommend this community.

When I toured the Brookdale they were very cordial, I liked it. After touring this community, though I went on several other tours and found Brookdale closer to my home that offered the same things. It was a very nice place with nice people.
