Brookdale

The facility is wonderful, however when we were looking at the facility the information we were given and the information we were given at the day we signed in were totally different. Also her bills are always wrong

I really enjoyed my tour of this community. It is a very nice community with kind people. The community looks very nice, everything looked great. The staff was kind, and informative. All my questions answered. The residents looked very happy. Unfortunately they didn't have a respite opening at the moment, but my tour went very well.

We used this community for their respite stay services. There was a few bumps along the road, but we did work them out overall. My mother was well during her respite stay at this community. The community is nice, and clean. The staff was very nice, and friendly. There are nice activities offered for the residents. It was a good experience overall, everything went well.

When I was touring Brookdale, I thought it was a very nice place. The person that took me around was friendly and helpful. The facility itself was clean and touring was a good experience to tour.

I have no complaints about the tour I had of this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to provide us with lots of great information as well as answer questions we had for them in detail. The property was clean and nicely maintained which I was impressed with. It just did not fit in my mothers budget the way we needed it too.

The thing I am most impressed with at this community would have to be all the amazing amenities. They not only have a great activity list but they also have it so the residents are able to get there nails and hair done on campus. They also have parties for special occasions and holidays which is fun for them. She has had no complaints about the food and enjoys her dinning experience with the other ladies.

My dad was only at this community for a short period of time but while he was there we had no complaints of how things went for him. The staff was all very friendly and made sure to give my loved one and I lots of great information about everything they had to offer. He had no complaints about the meals and enjoyed participating in different activities from time to time with the other residents.

My aunt has recently made the move into this community and so far we are very pleased with how things are going for her. The staff are wonderful people and have been attentive to her needs to the best of there ability. She has had no complaints about the meals they serve , she just wishes they could do it more in a timely manor. They have a lovely activity program available to all of the residents throughout the week to keep them busy. I would recommend them to anyone interested.

Brookdale Paulin Creek was a nice place, but I did not think the facility would fit the needs of my sister. It was too big and I had already toured another community that we fell in love with.

The care at this community. The staff is outstanding. We like the meals that are offered need some improvements in some of the meals that are offered. They do offer a lot of activities and a lot of the residents seems to like keeping involved with the activities. We would recommend this community for the care and the nice value for other families.

Mostly one bedroom apartments. I don't need the kitchenette. Didn't like the closet off the bathroom. Expensive with lots of add ons.

I had an okay tour of Brookdale Piqua. The facility was nice, and the people that took us around was friendly and helpful. It was just not what I was looking for, I found another place that fit what we were looking for a little better.

My loved one was at this community for a short period of time and he really enjoyed his stay here. The staff where very polite and made sure he was comfortable in his living environment. The thing my dad most enjoyed was the amazing activity list they had available to all of the residents. He was always participating and had a lot of fun doing them.

Brookdale was our first choice, then we found that my dad does not need the full memory care. They had an a la carte billing that I didn't want to worry about every month. It was a good tour but I thought the women was a little too chatty, it felt kind of like a hard sale.

So far everything has worked out well with my mothers move to this community. She is safe, and receiving good care. I know she is in good hands. The staff have been very attentive to her, and helpful. They do a good job with keeping around the community neat, and tidy. This is a nice facility, and I would recommend it.

When I was searching for a place, I toured Brookdale Medi Park West. The facility was nice, it was in good shape and everyone was friendly. It was a good experience, but not what I was looking for.

I had a tour of this community for my mother and I was pleased with the experience. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions that we had for them in detail. The had a nice floor plan with wide hallways for the residents. It was just not the right fit for my mother in the end decision.

My mother is currently living in this community and so far I do not have any complaints of how things are going for her. The staff are truly beautiful people and have done a lot of wonderful things for her while she has been in there care. She has had no problems with the food and I am I hoping she is going to get involved in the activity program in the near future. Overall great place and I would recommend it .

The woman that was supposed to give me the tour was busy, so the administrator jumped right in to give me my tour. He was informative, and all my questions were answered. The experience was a nice one.
