Mom passed away [date removed]. I would recommend this facility. But, I was always there. I think this makes a difference.

The community could use a refresh, but the staff members at Atria are all very friendly and helpful. When it comes to the meals sometimes the dinners were served cold. Price was fair especially when compared to some other places. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families, mainly due to price and staff

The community is good. And they always have activities for the residence. The place was clean and close my home.

What we like the most about Atria Harborhill is the overall experience, the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and the quality of care. We would recommend this community to other families.

The staff is very friendly but the ratio is between staff and residents is high. My father needed more eyes and checks to make sure he was cleaning himself after the bathroom and hydrating. With many residents and lesser staff, he wasn't getting the attention he needed. It was a nice facility and with caring staff, but they have a lot of others to care for as well.

Nice facility. Staff tries very hard and does very well. Meals can be spotty in terms of value. They often have personnel shortages in dining room but try very hard to minimize any negative impact on residents. Residents are all elderly and many have problems with getting around. They have many activities some of which are innovative. Management is very involved in daily activities and quick to address any issues. All in all a caring place, that seems to be reasonably priced and well managed. They do have a “small” memory care unit but their main focus is assisted living units with only minor medical care.

Everything is good, no complaints, the community overall is great.

A very well run facility where seniors are treated with love, respect and dignity. My loved one was happy and content which made us feel comfortable in our decision to place her there. The staff is caring and compassionate.

Atria Hometown is a very nice place. 3 floors with some 200 rooms. Very clean and the employees seem respectful and pleasant. They provide 2 meals daily. The food is good. Lots of weekly activities: ie, bingo, live music, social happy hour with snacks, monthly contests and movie theater.

I had to move my Dad back to our house a few months ago due to lack of funds. I called the business office to give them notice and emailed the staff I was told to, but it was crickets and they almost didn't respond in time to cancel his next month. I had to basically start from scratch and forward emails to verify I had let them a month sooner. They said they were on vacations a lot that month. anyway, it got expedited and taken care of. My dad was not an activity person and basically ate and went to his room and we didn't feel like it was worth all the money as well.

I like that community was the friendliness of the people themselves. The patient they could improve on monitoring the safety of the people in the independent care such as following up if they don't hear from a room by lunch

Overall 4 - My mom is not happy there but that's because she misses her old life and does not recognize her limitations. Her children would give it a 5. Cleanliness - 5. Friendliness - 4 - The employees work very hard, and I wish my mom were easier to deal with. If I worked with people like my Mom I would be quite cranky. I think they do well, but sometimes seem taciturn. It's a very hard job. Quality of Care - 5. We feel confident that mom is safe and well cared for there. Activities 4. My mom is visually impaired so she can't participate in much. Value - 3. So expensive. Such huge increases. I know people there are not overpaid but the costs are scarily high.

Pretty solid overall but at times you need to hound them a bit to get answers or resolutions to issues. There has also been quite a bit of turnover in administration so it's been tough to know who to reach out to. Common spaces are fairly tidy but hallways to the apartments are in need of a paint job and the carpets are a bit dingy. Honestly, mom hasn't partaken in any of the activities so I don't have a lot of detail on how the activities are run but every time I ask her about joining one she says that nothing sounds interesting to her.

The facility is a bright, pleasant place tucked in a wonderful Quincy neighborhood close to the water. Many of the residents seem friendly and get involved in numerous activities offered at Atria. The staff seem to do their best to be attentive to residents needs.

Mom really liked her short experience because the faculty and staff were always available, friendly, and helpful. My mom didn't feel like there was enough variety & the food tasted "commercial ".

All of the staff at Atria Carrollton were extremely professional and friendly. Mom ate the same breakfast everyday but her complaints were usually about dinner. Quality and quantity.

We picked this community because of the location ,very friendly staff and a friends mother had lived there for several years and highly recommended them!!

The dining room and food prep leaves much to be desired. Food overcooked, out of essentials regularly. It is hard to rate the value without comparable residences. The best aspect is friendships with peers and that's up to individuals to foster. Physically place is ok and the staff are generally well trained. The aides are helpful and repairs are done in a timely manner. Activity department recently upgraded with new staff so we will see how it develops. I say it was the right move at the right time. I do not think the grass is greener...

Atria Hacienda is a Beautiful facility and restaurant quality food. However the interior hallways are maze-like and difficult to find one's way around. Excellent med tech care.

I would recommend Atria. I really liked Atria Lafayette Hill so I decided on Center City. I compared [facility removed] with Atria. [facility removed] is more expensive but nicer. At [facility removed] I received help moving in and out not so at Center City. The staff at [facility removed] was very personal and friendly. My husband liked it there better. However, I would definitely recommend Atria Center City.
