Category 5, Staff ~ I give a 4 because there's been a few times when I've called and left messages and no one calls me back and I have to call again. And that was only in the beginning when he first moved in I was making sure his long-term care coverage was being handled. But that's all worked out! Categories 6-7 , Meals and Activities ~I cannot rate because I've never have had their food or participated in any activities. My dad says the food is OK there, but he complains that the daily menu often times they run out of food that's supposed to be on the menu. Category 8, Value for Cost ~I give it a 4. There seems to be an awful lot of maintenance going on regarding the plumbing and the air conditioning in the facility, but not necessarily his apartment. But in his apartment, he's had quite a few issues with the refrigerator and I believe they were going to install a new one. Yes, I would recommend the community to other people, but I would also encourage them to look around as well.

It's 5 stars for me as the responsible family member. The place is spotless. The staff is incredibly observant and calls me whenever they have any suspicion that my mom is having any kind of difficulty, either physically or mentally. Mom likes the food reasonably well, the soups in particular. She wishes the veggies were better. I would recommend Atria in a heartbeat. I'm so grateful for the place and the care they provide.

Staff is invested in every residents well being and care. That is the main thing that is noticeable about atria. Facility is very nice and has a tight knit family feel. Fewer activities than other places but that is ok for my dad and his preferred time spent during a day. Food is only fine. Good but not great.

The facility was very clean and the model rooms were well designed and felt homey. The employees were very nice and accommodating. The residents that we both met and saw appeared genuinely happy.

Resident was dissatisfied, but he had put himself at odds with staff; I found care staff to be responsive, attentive, and professional. Late in the resident's stay, I had difficulty a few times getting a response from on-site social worker, but may have been due to me not being the resident. Resident and I both thought it very very good. Resident did not participate, but variety and frequency seemed excellent. Yes, I would definitely recommend the community to others.

Moving to Atria was a very difficult decision. But it was a good decision. I'm goad I did it and yes I would recommend Atria

Everyone has been helpful, accommodating, and understanding during what has been a very stressful time. The apartment we have is ideal for our needs and is well appointed and regularly serviced by the staff. It has been so important to us that much of stress about this transition was minimized by help from the staff at Atria.

The staff was nice and accommodating. The apartment was nice and well kept. The grounds and overall facility are beautiful with a lot of activities.

My Mom recently moved in to Atria after living alone in her own home . It took some time for our family to help her understand she needed the safety of Atria The facility is just beautiful and the activities for the residents are numerous It did not take long for her to feel so comfortable at Atria .The staff are so kind and helpful . She is busy every day and she loves the food . [name removed] the sales director is very easy to work with was so helpful with the move in process We are so thankful that Atria meets all our needs and mom is very happy Highly recommend this beautiful facility Thank you Atria!

We couldn't have been happier. The staff was wonderful and caring. The food was delicious and nutritious. The activities were fun and engaging. The facility was immaculate and the room was a two bedroom and very spacious. My mom had one of the best rooms with the 2nd bedroom windows on all sides. The nurses were well educated and on top of my mom's care. They allowed us to come back after her stroke until she passed. I highly recommend Atria of Glen Ellyn! Not only were the nurses exceptional, the caregivers as well. Atria truly believes in community and made my Mom feel very much at home in her new surroundings. Every employee at Atria new every resident by name and always had a welcoming smile or hug. The support my sister's and I received gave us all peace she was in the right place.

They are easy to work with. It's a nice room the food is good. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

The studio apartment at Atria Draper Place in Hopedale, Massachusetts is just the right size and large enough to accommodate the necessary furniture. A cleaning lady cleans the room once a week. There's a laundry room, where one can do their laundry. A wonderful dining room and bar area, where meals are provided. A game room, where residents can enjoy each other's company. A room where residents can sit and enjoy entertainment that is provided on a regular basis. Large community rooms with a television that can be enjoyed and residents can have family time. And there's outdoor seating in a shaded area for residents to enjoy each other's company. The staff is very friendly and helpful, whenever anyone has questions or concerns. I am very pleased with the support and accommodation s provided at Atria Draper Place and my brother is very happy there, as he has made many new friends.

Staff knows everyone's names. Makes you feel very welcomed. Lots of different activities like dinning out sports games and plays or shopping sprees. The facility is always very clean and does not smell like disinfectants. Smells like someone's home. Apartments are bright and enough room to be comfortable. Food is pretty good and serves 3 individual choice meals a day. Like at a restaurant. Yes I would recommend this community to other families.

My mother recently moved to Atria Larson Place’s Life Guidance memory care community. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and supported through the emotional process of transitioning a loved one into memory care. [name removed] was especially helpful in this process. The administrators, nurses, and support staff have all taken the time to get to know my mom as an individual, encourage her engagement, and provide support when needed. She also really enjoys the food! We are very grateful for the compassionate care she receives and highly recommend Atria Larson Place.

Staff was friendly and gracious. The building was well cared for and spacious. The dining area was beautiful. The grounds were well-maintained. We really enjoyed our tour.

Atria Willow Park is a welcoming senior living community that feels genuinely well-cared-for—both in the day-to-day environment and in the way residents are supported. What stands out most is the staff care. The team members we have encountered were friendly, attentive, and consistently patient, taking the time to engage and check in rather thanrushing through interactions. There’s a calm, respectful energy throughout the community that made it easy to feel comfortable. The activities program adds a lot of value to everyday life. Residents have a variety of options to stay engaged with events. Food is another highlight. Meals are well-prepared. There’s a good balance of choices. Cleanliness throughout Atria Willow Park is excellent. Common areas and resident spaces are consistently tidy, with attention to details that make the environment feel fresh and maintained. Apartment amenities are also a strong point. The apartments provide comfortable living spaces designed for everyday ease, with features that help residents feel at home. The only issue [name removed] has had is getting the, to replace the stove in her apartment. It is old and has rust on it. She is scared to cook on it. We are going to address it later this week. Overall I would rate this facility a 5

Staff are very kind, caring, and always have a smile and uplifting word for residents. There are lots of activities to choose from - up to 9 a day. Exercise every day, live entertainment a few times a week and corn hole competitions are particularly popular. The food is amazing with several choices and courses. Staff is continually cleaning. They also clean your apartment and launder your sheets and towels once a week. They also clean atmosphere is very friendly. Residents are also very friendly and welcoming. Staff can take you to doctor's appointments. They also take you on shopping trips and scenic rides along the coast from Nubble Light, York up to Biddeford Pool.
