We live out of state and needed assistance for a family member that was left alone with no vehicle. After reaching out to the staff at First Light we were introduced to additional home care assistance. The staff is very professional and went above and beyond to make sure our family member received the best care possible. We will be forever grateful to all involved.

I looked into other caregivers and most required a minimum of 12 hrs per week. I really didn’t need someone all that often. Seniors helping seniors was a good fit for us. Trying to keep a regular schedule just to be able to get out of the house and schedule appointments that I have been putting off as well. [name removed] has been a real blessing.

The ladies from Qualicare have been a great addition to the care of my mother in my home. I am able to go to work everyday and rest assured that all of her needs are met while I am away. They feed her, change her, talk with her, even exercise her legs and arms, as she is bedbound. They are always cheerful and smiling and sing along with her while holding her hands. I have cameras all over my home and have watched the special attention they give her. I'm very pleased with this agency and [name removed] has been most helpful.

We were very impressed with Houck Family Services. We had never worked with an agency before, but after dad’s stroke felt that someone needed to check on him on a daily basis while we were away visiting our son. Let me just say that the situation with my dad is unique, but I was completely blown away by how he responded with our caregiver & how she was able to get him to do things that we have not been able to do. They are very punctual, professional, caring & thorough. Even going above & beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend them & will continue to use them in the future.

I think the agency is very helpful i have had issues and problems that I had never thought I would have to deal with, and they were ready with the suggestions and answers. Whatever question I had no matter who I talked to they were ready with an answer. Everyone I dealt with or talked to was very friendly and understanding.

I can't begin to thank A Place for home and Amada Senior care. My mom was a very independent lady who has been on a streak of health issues after an unfortunate hospitalization. From start to now, we have been treated with respect and my mom's caregivers have made her feel independent still with all the care and support in the world. We are blessed to have found you all!

Very helpful and considerate of my issues . They sent a professional helper that was very careful and respectful in my home and with my limitations after surgery. They also transported me to a Dr appointment. Excellent service

Home Instead contacted me by text and email as I requested because it is hard to talk on the phone with someone right beside you. They sent out a wonderful caregiver and they were on time and my husband even said they could come back anytime. Would definitely recommend.

She was knowledgeable and caring while analyzing our situation. She told me more than the Doctors had to that point. He did have to go back into the hospital after our visit. If he is able to come home, I will be using Home Instead in Cedar Hill, Texas.

I had a great caregiver from Seniors Helping Seniors. She was friendly, efficient and caring. The only reason I did not continue is that I am now able to shower independently and just did not have enough to keep her busy. I would certainly not hesitate to call them again, if it became necessary.

We found out on [date removed] that my 88 year old Dad had liver cancer. He was discharged home from the hospital on home hospice on [date removed]. A friend recommended Griswold Home Care. Griswold was able to provide 24/7 care for my Dad. We experienced a snow weather event over the weekend and the staffing still was there for us. The staff was compassionate and experienced. The director and office staff was professional and caring. My father passed away on [date removed]. It was a difficult time for us but Griswold eased our burden.

We have been very happy with the people they've sent us! They have been punctual in both arriving and departing. They have great attitudes and seem to be self motivated. We are very pleased with both the company and the helpers and would definitely recommend them!

The entire experience was 5 star. All of the caregivers were gentle, caring, loving and are trained very well. [name removed] was our main person. [name removed] was so loving and helpful. We are so grateful that we found this agency. I highly recommend!

Cornerstone has some great people that work for them. They were always there to help. They took very good care of my mother all the way up to the day she passed away. I would recommend Cornerstone to anyone and everyone.

I have been impressed with the quality of the caretakers, their punctuality, and their willingness to help whenever I need it. My only complaint is that towards the end of needing 24 hour care I had a lot of new people.

The care is exceptional but I understand that in April it shall change to 3 consecutive days of a week.... I would prefer every other day to space it out ..... Additional hrs are needed and also grab rails in the bathroom

I was so sick w/ the "new" flu! I was hungry but had not been to market or even looked I. My fridge for weeks! My person not only cleaned out the freezer but went to the market for some good food! They were wonderful and called to check on my recovery!

Phoenix has been a great help in providing the care my husband needs to help him achieve freedom of mobility and helping him with activities of daily living. Everyone has been kind and helpful. A nurse helps him keep track of his medications. He also has help with showering and with some lymphedema therapy. We are grateful Phoenix is able to help him feel self-sufficient.

Every caregiver we’ve had has been great. They are caring and professional and go out of their way to be helpful for not only my mother, but also our household. I especially appreciate how respectful they speak to her. She has very little autonomy, so they ask her if she’s ready to shower and give her options on what she wears. They give her options on what she can have for breakfast or lunch. They suggest things that they can do together, such as going outside. And they never baby-talk to her.

The staff were all competant and very pleasant. They were always punctual. They cooked, cleaned & even helped with the pets. Every staff person put in a sterling performance. We are still using their service!
