Everybody that works for Home Matters is great! Super friendly and helpful. Also, I only needed temporary help because I had surgery and they are totally flexible on their hours. They totally worked with my schedule and they are the only service like this that I found that doesn’t have minimum hours each visit. Thank you!

All the ladies who helped me out, both during the day and during the night when I slept, we’re very congenial, easy to talk to, and eager to help. They even washed some dishes. They were always willing to help with anything I needed.

We cannot adequately express our gratitude for the extraordinary care [name removed] provided to our mother during the last years of her life. [name removed] respected our mom's need for independence and empowered her to live with dignity on her own terms. They shared a beautiful connection through music. [name removed] took mom to live music events and they spent evenings together listening to old tunes, creating joy in the simplest, most meaningful ways. She welcomed our mother into her own family, sharing Thanksgiving and Christmas meals that made these occasions all the more special. My sisters and I live out of town, and [name removed] loving presence made it possible for our mother to remain in her own home until the very end. She gave Mom companionship, laughter, music, and love—and gave us the priceless peace of mind knowing Mom was genuinely loved and supported.

Concierge Care supplied home health aides and CNA’s for me when I recovered from knee replacement surgery. The caregivers were professional and knowledgeable and helped me immensely. They were considerate and self-starting. I was so very fortunate to be able to recover at home with the round the clock assistance of these caring ladies.

The site manager was wonderful and promp with every request. The first caregiver did not work out; however the issues were promptly resolved and the second caregiver was wonderful and met all of our expectations. I could not have been better supported administratively or in clinical need. Frankly, they were an answer to my prayers! My gratitude will be everlasting!

Everyone is very nice, helpful and caring! They are helping me take care of my husband. They gave helpful tips for me. They answer my questions without hesitation. They are flexible when something comes up and I need to change the schedule. We are pleased.

They were very nice and helpful. The caregiver was kind patient with my mom. Mom really like her. They were on time stayed the time agreed to. The aide was very willing to go above and beyond. The company tries to match caregiver with client.

We had a brief, but great experience with Nestwell. They were very responsive and our caregiver was awesome! I would definitely recommend them. We terminated the service because we felt my mother needed full time assistance and she will be moving into an Assisted Living facility.

[name removed] was a pro all the way. Came to my house and discussed every detail. Then on the day of surgery, she was right on time with her driver - [name removed].. [name removed].wad excellent!! Also punctual. Engaging conversations, and even helped with an errand. I recommend [name removed]. 100%!

We used Homewell for a number of weeks after my partner came home from rehab. He was a bit unstable and needed help with daily tasks. He did recover quickly so we discontinued the service but while they were here we had [name removed] and she was very compassionate, very caring and more than happy to do whatever you needed done she was a peach. If we need home healthcare in the future, you can bet that I will be calling Homewell.

The Diector and Manager of Caregivers are very professional in every aspect of managing and providing excellent home care. Their choice of my caregiver is proving they made the correct decision. My caregiver is timely, efficient in performing her duties, and very pleasant to communicate with. I highly recommend First Light to anyone needing home care.

Planning elder care can be overwhelming and Seniors helping Seniors makes it a comforting experience. They evaluate all your needs and customize a program just for you. The hours they work are flexible and accommodate any situation. All the care givers they have assigned to work with my mom have been experienced and show much compassion and respectful consideration. I can only sing my praises about [name removed] and his company. Everyone is always there not only to take care of my husband but for me also. They show compassion and they show they love what they are doing. The girls are there for us and not just for the money. [name removed] is always there to make sure everything is going well. He is such a caring person. He goes over and beyond to make sure he has the best company there is.

[names removed]are very responsive to our unique needs while on kauai. Their caregivers are also professional and kind and my mom likes the service the staff provides. It’s hard to find quality caregiver agencies on Kauai and this is why Focus healthcare is nice to have when needed.

We live out of state and needed assistance for a family member that was left alone with no vehicle. After reaching out to the staff at First Light we were introduced to additional home care assistance. The staff is very professional and went above and beyond to make sure our family member received the best care possible. We will be forever grateful to all involved.

I looked into other caregivers and most required a minimum of 12 hrs per week. I really didn’t need someone all that often. Seniors helping seniors was a good fit for us. Trying to keep a regular schedule just to be able to get out of the house and schedule appointments that I have been putting off as well. [name removed] has been a real blessing.
