Our coordinator was most courteous and helpful. We had to cancel the trip. We’ll use you next time for sure. The coordinator was most helpful and handled the refund promptly . I was impressed .

Home Instead, overall, provided us with very good caregivers. I often had a list of what I wanted the caregiver to do within the time the person was caring for my loved one but there was one who spent most of the time on her cell phone and there was a personality conflict with another.

My experience with Home Matters came about when my wife took a spill and broke her hip. We needed to find help quickly. Doctors advised rehab or a 24hr in home care. My wife also has Alzheimer's. So Routine and familiarity is most importand for her healing and mental health. rehab was out of the question. My Son Mathew got a hold of Home Matters and they came out did an assessment signed her up and by the time she came home from the hospital. They had everything she needed lined up. A caregiver 24hrs a day morning and night . They helped aid her with Medication administration, showers, dressing cleaning our home, ,basically any activities of dailey living .They are amazing. I feel at ease knowing shes in good hands with the experience that comes from the Caregivers, to the Nurses I feel she is healing faster being at home, Thanks to Home matters dedication my wifes caregivers take turns on round the clock shifts. Keeping her safe so I can sleep knowing everything alright.

The staff of Cornerstone Caregiving have been a great addition to our Mom’s needs. They are punctual, and so helpful to us. Whether it’s bathing, doing laundry, fixing lunch, or just visiting, our Mom is in good hands when they are here.
