We had a great experience with Comfort Keepers! The caregiver they sent was well trained and knowledgeable on how to physically care for our loved one, as well as being friendly, compassionate, and just all-around pleasant.

I was happy with the service. We never had a problem with people not showing up, or coming late. I believe we pretty much always had a consistent caregiver, the same person on a regular basis. They did a good job.

We are very pleased with the level of care for our Mom. The nurse on duty (Heather) is a dream she is always there if we have a question. We find that the caretaker ,Laura, is very thorough and pleasant, our Mom just thinks she is tops! She is gentle, kind and loving toward our Mom and we have noticed Mom smiling more, talking more and walking more. (She had a stroke years ago and needs 24 hr. care.) We live 6 hrs. away and it is a blessing to have this wonderful team taking care of Mom. The agency "Right at Home" is owned by a married couple that are compassionate and will work with you if there are any changes needed in care. We are more than satisfied with "Right at Home." We were referred to them by "A place for Mom" and I would recommend them highly as a tool for finding just the right care situation in your town. Thanks, Donna.

We were very pleased. We had one little mix up with scheduling in the beginning. Even in light of the mix up, the women we had working with her were good. The scheduling was easy, we were very pleased. We liked how quickly they were always able to get someone out, as well as the caliber of people they sent.

The people at Home Instead Senior Care are extremely knowledgeable, extremely caring, and very reliable. They provide excellent care, and do what they say they are going to do.

Overall our experience with Senior Helpers has been a positive one. We will probably not be using them much longer simply because we don't have much for the helper to do at this point, but they have been good and I would recommend them.

They were great, very responsive, and they met the needs that we had. The lady we worked with (Patricia) really went above and beyond to meet my dads needs. I live out of town and it was very nice having her there to help out. I can't say anything negative about them. Dad was very pleased with the service.

I cannot speak to the whole organization however the young lady working with my father is great. The folks I have spoken with have always been helpful.

After my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, she suffered a fall which resulted in a brain bleed. After a very lengthy recovery and therapy, she returned to her home. We were immediately overwhelmed with the amount of care she required. Because we were so overwhelmed, I visited a local nursing home to check out the alternatives. After visiting the nursing home, we determined we were not ready to make that step just yet, and the admissions director of the nursing home HIGHLY recommended First Light. Upon her recommendation, I called First Light Home Care. After an in-home visit, we scheduled sitters several times throughout a week to come and care for my mother so my father could run errands and conduct business, and get a good nights rest. We have been nothing but pleased with our experience. We have had three different sitters a nd they have all been extremely professional, well-trained, compassionate, patient, as well as very easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about the administration and staff. They are always available any time of the day or night- whenever needed. I would highly recommend First Light Home Care for any Senior Care needs.

Taylor Made Home Care helped me keep my mom at home with me. Not only did they take wonderful care of my mom, they also helped me. We have only been using Around the Clock Companion Care minimally at this point as needed, but from the use we have gotten it has been a really good match for our needs. They have been very responsive, and keep in great communication with us.

It was very comfortable letting them into my home. They were very professional, kind, and comforting. This was my first experience with anything like this, and has been a very good and educational experience. I would definitely highly recommend Right At Home Galveston to anyone! The only area I think they can improve is with the communication between the office staff and the client.

Every contact I had with Home Care staff was positive and helpful. Any requests made were handled promptly and professionally. I am completely satisfied with Home Care.

They were able to answer all my questions very well. We ended up deciding on another solution, but was very impressed with what we saw.

In the six weeks we've had this, we have seen that they really train their staff well. They are incredibly friendly and compassionate and know their stuff well.

I think they are just excellent. John the owner has been so responsive to anything my mom has said. They have great caregivers. We love the two main caregivers, but they are all great.

Senior helpers come to care for my mom in her home three times per week. We have had a really good experience with them. They have been great and continue to care for my mom today. In terms of value, I would give it four stars. In terms of friendliness and cleanliness, I give them five stars. Overall, we are very pleased with their services and would recommend them to others looking for in-home care as well.

AT the beginning it was hard to figure out who to talk to about various things, but this has ironed out. The person who comes to my house is quite lovely. She does quite a lot with my husband, and finds things for him to do. She found a place close to us that has activities for Parksinsons patients and takes him there. We have found her very trustworthy, and kind. She does what we want her to do. For instance, read the paper with my husband and talk about current events, even though he isn't always quite with us; she treats him as though he is with us.

April & Greg were professional, understanding and compassionate, as well as, knowledgeable and resourceful. We plan on working with them in the near future. Thank you for the referral.
