They are very flexible and kind. They are willing to do what we ask. Were happy with everyone. A Homemade Plan has been very great. The care givers do a great job.

So far we are very pleased with how things have gone with Brightstar. The administrative staff have been easy to work with, and the caregivers have been friendly and reliable!

I have really had a great experience with Synergy Homecare. This was my first experience with having to use a care service, so I was a little apprehensive at first. They were very reassuring and the owners gave me the confidence that the care givers would be great, and they really have been.

Carepoint is really fantastic! They have swapped out caregivers a few times, but they are very willing to work with us to make sure we have care givers that work well for mom. The first caregiver that they sent out was really excellent. I wish she could come every day, but unfortunately that is not possible. The others are good too though, and really everything overall has been a very positive experience.

We've had a great experience with Home Helpers! They have been extremely accommodating and flexible throughout the whole experience. Any time we've needed assistance on short notice they have come through for us.

Kevin Meaney, the owner of Best Senior Home Care, is very diligent about choosing the right person for each job. Based upon his initial visit with my Dad, he selected a home care companion based on my father's personality, interests and background. Although it's only been a few weeks, it seems that the optimal companion was identified. My Dad seems much happier and more alive. I can definitely attribute this to having the right person taking care of him and engaging with him. My siblings and I are breathing a sigh of relief. Kevin and his assistant, Larissa, are there to support the family. I would recommend Best Senior Home Care to anyone.

No complaints with service two girls come out and care for parents alternating days, communication is five star. Level of service and value are excellent. Parents are happy with staff that visits and problems or concerns are addressed and resolved.

I was skeptical after i read a ripoff report, but i enjoy my time here. The price is comparable to other communities in the area, and the people that work here are honest and care about the well being of the residents. I'm proud to call Garden Spot Village my home.

Every experience, from the initial interview to the provision of services, has been top shelf. The caretakers especially assigned to my mom, after a thorough analysis of her circumstances, are skilled, qualified, and very lovely people. My mom is delighted. Our experience with Home Instead began just this year, and I am very pleasant.

Michael LaVigne came out to do an assessment & dazzled Mom with his charm, good looks & snappy wardrobe. He impressed me with his commitment, dedication & care in service. The CNA selected was a perfect fit! She is mature, intelligent & perfectly capable of operating with minimal supervision. A quick study & self-starter. Although we've only had 2 encounters, I am very much pleased as the daughter of the client! :-)

After reading Garden Spot Village reviews and doing some research, I finally decided to visit the campus for a tour. Their campus is one of the most authentic and cleanly facilities I've ever been in. There are a lot of apartments, cottages, houses, and they are spacious as well! Unfortunately, there are not a lot of openings so the wait list is long; I've been told there's over 400 people on it! I'm not quite old enough to move in yet, we are in our late 50s but by the time we want to move in it should be a quick process. One thing that I really love about Garden Spot Village is how many activities they have. There are so many events open to both residents and future residents. I actually just received an invitation to a business expo they are having next month with local communities highlighting their products and services. This kind of community integration isn't something I expected, especially with a retirement home, but Garden Spot Village seems like they are special. Admittedly, I do not know much about their health care. I have no need for it right now, but it's nice to know that there are options available for the future. In case something bad ever happens to me, I will be well-cared for and my children and family members won't have to worry. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with Garden Spot Village so far and I can't wait to actually move in. Never thought I'd say this, but I wish I was older!

It's been wonderful so far. They have been very reliable. We get a consistent caregiver, so it's the same person coming out. There haven't been any billing issues or surprises so far. We are very pleased.

We are very happy with our care giver. She is most thoughtful and kind and extremely caring. Even after only three months it would be hard to imagine her not being in our lives.

Synergy Home Care of DuPage was our choice when my dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Met with Mark (the owner), who was extremely attentive and accommodating in our meetings on the care for my father. Unfortunately, the rapid decline with my Dad never gave us the chance to get him home with Mom to live out what short time he had left. I have every confidence that Synergy would have proven the right choice for the care we intended for my father. Very pleased with our experience!
