It was overall a great experience for our family. The company was very professional, caring, and flexible.

Caregivers were dependable. Very attentive to mine and [name removed]'s needs. They interacted with [name removed] as other caregivers with previous agencies did not.

They are super compassionate people and have good communication which was important since I live in another state from where my mother resides.

Overall, they are reliable and caring, best choice for families looking for quality home care agency. I would give Griswold a five and all of these areas. I plan to use them again if I need to. Griswold staff were very accommodating and tried always to meet our special needs and request. I'm very pleased with the service we received. The caregivers were attentive and committed to their roles. I'll definitely use the service again as the need arises.

Very nice caregiver. My parents liked her a lot. Always did as she was asked. My mom wished she would be more more helpful without being asked but that's very minor. They are coming back to new Lenox Illinois [date removed]. When should we work on getting them serviced back up here in Illinois. They really loved the last lady, [name removed] 5 days a week. 6 hours

I have used this company for the past 6 months and they are great to work with. Anytime i need something , big or small they help out. Over Thanksgiving, i didnt have a meal and the owner brought a plate for me. Good People

Dad wanted to be at home and just needed someone to help for a couple of weeks. This service fit our needs perfectly the helper came by daily to do dishes and light house work. We are very grateful for the help they provided to us.

I am 78 and had a C3 - T1 Laminectomy and fusion, followed by major respiratory complications. By the time I got out of the hospital, I could barely move, much less bathe and dress myself. The owner of this company and her caregivers were everything you could ever want in home health care, I do not know what I would have done without them. Do not hesitate for a moment to hire these people for yourself or a loved one.

I cannot recommend A Peaceful Homecare highly enough. [name removed] and the caregivers who took care of my mom for over two years ([names removed]) were exceptionally compassionate, competent and reliable and they did a great job of making my mother’s life better and giving me tremendous peace of mind (no pun intended) knowing that I never had to worry about my mother’s care. I will always be grateful to Peace and the other folks who work with her for the love and care they gave to my mom.

The owners are very hands-on with their small business, and the caregiver that was assigned to Mom has gone over and above to create a relationship with her. I have been impressed with her thoughtfulness and very appreciative of her flexibility with Mom's schedule. It has been a huge relief to me to have in-home care as I live 5 hours away.
