Their billing cycle was a challenge as they were always billing ahead, but we worked it out. The staff are easy to work with. Caregiver was always on time. Office personnel easy to contact and yes we would recommend their services to other families.

They seem to come through with a caregiver when you need one. Especially when your usual caregiver is out for whatever reason. Be sure you tell American home care exactly what you need in a caregiver. For instance, are you gonna need them to bathe you?

I wanted to share my Experience with Brightstar Care who i was connected to With A Place for Mom. I met A Place for Mom Executive at The hospital while my mom was sick. He was referred to us by Social Work. He came to meet me and my mom right away and answered all of my questions. I was blown away by his knowledge and experience. I couldn't believe that there was a possibility that my mom could go home and keep her independence. He and his team Recommended Brightstar Care and we are so thankful they did. From the Admin staff to the caregivers, my mom was able to discharge home, get the care she needed and deserved and heal in her home. She is now back to living independently. I cant thank Brightstar Care and A Place for Mom enough.

What we like the most about HomeWell Care Services is how very thoughtful and helpful. Yes the staff was very helpful and kind, considerate and overall just great people and yes we would recommend this community to other families.

Home Helpers were very informative and answered all my questions in the initial meeting. Came to the house and met my parents before they assigned a caregiver that would fit our needs. Only needed a short time to help with my dad due to my mom recovering from a hospital stay. The care giver helped with everything my parents needed on days that I could not be there. Did everything from cooking breakfast and lunch and cleaning and doing PT exercises with my dad. Starting and stopping service was easy. I would highly recommend

Senior Care Helpers come to help my mother 4 days a week, for several hours a lt a time. They help her run her errands, keep up her house, and allow her to continue to live independently in her own home. Whenever there are any questions, or scheduling issues that happen, they are quick to respond and accommodate whatever needes adjusting.

I recently attended a CPR/AED training session led by a certified RN and CPR instructor, and I was thoroughly impressed! Her expertise, engaging teaching style, and genuine passion for ensuring each participant fully grasped the concepts made this one of the best training sessions I've attended. She made complex topics easy to understand and provided hands-on practice that built my confidence tremendously. I highly recommend her to anyone needing CPR certification or renewal—her sessions aren't just informative; they're enjoyable and empowering. Truly an AWESOME experience! 5 on all categories!! The staff are Very responsive and professional. When the first caregiver turned out not to be the best fit for us one of the supervisors came to our house right away and listened to our concerns. That was on a Friday and on Monday they sent a new caregiver who turned out to be wonderful in every way! Also so glad Home Instead was submitting the required paperwork to our long term care insurance company. One less thing I had to do and allowing more time with my husband.

Admin followed up consistently, caregivers were on time compassionate and thorough. Mom enjoyed her time there. I would recommend their home care services to others looking.

The staff are always on time, did what was on my list or would check with office staff if something went wrong. [name removed] became aggressive towards the end.
