Overall we were happy with one of the caregivers. We had a total of three. The first was new with your agency and she was not very motivated to help and was more interested in taking breaks and being on her phone. The second was amazing and she came back several times. She was very motivated and helpful.

I am not sure I found this company for the elderly, like my wife and me. But it has turned out that we found the right home care company. [name removed], the owner and main caregiver, has turned out to take excellent care of both of us. Care for exactly what each of us needs. It's not only the normal care, but those nasty unexpected health problems that pop up, she has a remedy to take care of it. And the sticky problems are taken care of quickly, also. Her caregiver crew is excellent, as she gets the right person to handle each and every type of care. You should give it a try.

We were very happy with our experience with the service from Endeavor. They truly cared about our family. There was quick communication and our needs were met. The caregiver who was assigned to my mom was kind, professional and listened to us. In fact, she accompanied my mom to the emergency room and stayed with her until she was assigned to a room. Who else cares so much? I recommend Endeavor wholeheartedly to care for an elderly family member.

She leads and directs a team of care givers, who are trained and certified nurse aides. They took care of my spouse who is total care for 5 days. My husband who is hard to please loved the caregivers assigned to him. His care was superior. What we like about Advantage Home Care is the varying ages and genders, professionalism, and timeliness of getting an assigned caregiver.

My mom used a home healthcare provider from Caring for Portland for about six months until she needed to go to assisted living. This is a great company with great caregivers. I know it's not an easy business to run, but they do a great job. They were responsive and communicative, and they quickly changed out one caregiver who just didn't mesh with my mom. I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering hiring in-home help for an elderly loved one.

They would get a five on each and every one of them. They were excellent, conscientious, professional. They were all women who tended to my wife. They were generally come about 11 AM and stay until five 5 PM. We did not have them on weekends. One of the women decided to follow us when I was taking my wife to an emergency room after her time was done here. She said she just wanted to make sure we got there safely.

Right at Home was wonderful they were so caring, wonderful, thoughtful and generous - the case provider who came to our home I unfortunately I can't remember her name - was so wonderful and so accommodating, especially in such a painful time of what we needed with my dad being sick. everybody was wonderful. We have not only recommended Right at Home to people, we would be interested in using Right at Home again in the future if ever needed.

Excellent staff, friendly and professional. Very accommodating and understanding of clients with dementia. Aides are always on time and scheduling changes are handled in a very timely manner. Excellent services.
