Cornerstone has been wonderful, we have had the same caregiver since our inception with the agency. They have worked with my father on any scheduling needs he has, and everyone has been very friendly.

Home Instead has been very professional overall my mom's care pros are very attentive to her needs.

5 for the care giver, 3.5 for billing. Mom had to track the hours separately so that we could verify billing. Quite often, the billing was under-stated or simply not calculated correctly. We have a new caregiver company as more hours were needed.

I do remember the company and would write them very highly. [name removed] is a part owner and manager of the business. Yes, I would recommend them. My husband w Alz had never wandered before taking him to Santa Fe. Even with family, we had trouble keeping up with him. I called [name removed] at Activa, who drove out from Albuquerque to evaluate. She is a PT and her partner is a physician. They sent a wonderful young man who was able to help us for the entire month. A wonderful resource!

My senior is very good but not all of them are. It is very expensive for anyone on a budget. I would recommend it for those who can afford it.

My initial inquiry was by using Griswold.com & answering a few basic questions. I was contacted by the most gracious, friendly owner within a few hours via phone. From our conversation, I decided to do an in-home interview … with absolutely no obligation/commitment. Our in-person meeting was very informative, relaxing and helpful. It was a pleasure to candidly talk without any pressure tactics that usually comes from anyone selling a product/service. We’ve utilized Griswold’s services for a few months now. Each Aid has been kind, professional & preformed their duties with no issues. My husband didn’t cooperate as well with one Aid, due to no fault of this Aid. I contacted the owner to discuss & without question she sent a replacement Aid for the next scheduled day. I highly recommend Griswold of Greensburg to respectfully care for your loved one. Their rates a very reasonable and are surprisingly a little lower than a few other similar Agencies in our area.
