I recently contracted Amada for my mom who had gone on hospice. First, the office staff is amazing. They listened to my needs and were so empathetic and were very comforting when I broke down. They were tremendously flexible with our needs, and the caregivers we had were incredibly kind, compassionate, patient and went above and beyond! I highly recommend!

Very cooperative when I need to change services or time. Caregivers are friendly and do good work. VA pays 100% and they take care of that so I don't need to be involved with payments.

The communication between your team and me was very professional and courteous. I felt like I was talking to someone from your place almost daily. They kept me very informed with who was coming to see my dad and if there were any changes. Thank you to your incredible staff!

[name removed] and her team are amazing, she made the transition so easy. Loved at home only offers private pay but their rates are unbeatable and don't get me started on the great care they give. Dad loved his caregivers and [name removed] steps in even as the owner to care for people I am so grateful for loved at home please dont hesitate just because their new they are beyond amazing! after my dad passed she still keeps in contact and checks on us. such a great person god bless her.

Having a nature age person but still physically able to care for my mother in law. Of course, she's still active enough to walk and shower. With an age of 91, it is mostly an issue with dementia and just wanting to sit a lot, so a licensed nurse isn't needed, which reduces the cost so much. We do not need someone every day yet, and SHS works with us on the hours we need, and they are very flexible when my mother in law has Dr appointments and we need an adjustments on her schedule, because we take her to all appointments. The only issue at all is in home care knowing how to prepare a balanced meal. I didn't realize so many people do not know how to cook, and meal preparation is our most needed concern right now, due to my mother in law not cooking, eating very little, and losing weight. I prepare many of her meals but the days that help is there it it so important she is fed properly to give me a break while keeping her healthy.

I use ELIM's Gate for all my appointments to and from doctors. They are a great company. drivers are Very respectful and patient when i transfer from wheelchair to van. They are all ways on time when picking me up and I have never had to wait. after my appointment for a ride back home I would recommend them to anyone..
