[name removed] knows right what to do, she offers suggestions, and is pleasant. It is such a joy to see [name removed]every day. She also has a nice relationship with our daughters. She’s been with me since last April.  [name removed] takes me to my eye appointments and adjusts her schedule to accommodate me. When she comes to the Doctor with me she can interpret what I’m hearing, which reduces my stress. She has a strong health care background and helps me keep it all in perspective. [name removed] now knows best how to slow down my condition. I’m glad I have Right at Home by my side. I can’t say enough good things about [name removed]and honestly If there was anything negative I’d share that too.

They were available at Christmas at a moment's notice. Very responsible, responsive, respectful.

I have recommended them to others. They even adjusted when I had a special rehearsal and also brought my husband to the concert. One of the best things about this company is that it is locally owned, not part of a chain. When I had a concern, I talked with the owner and she took care of it. The long term insurance company misplaced one of the copies of one of our bills. She immediately resent it. I know that she had sent it originally because she always sent me a copy. If I have the need again, I absolutely would call her again.

[name removed], the owner, [name removed] the intake supervisor are obviously serious and successful in meeting the client's needs and timeliness. All the caregivers worked well with my Mom and provided on time and very caring services.

Overall, the caregivers have been wonderful. A few bumps in the road but they have been very caring and my dad despite the cancer has been happy with them. He does have his favorites. [name removed] and [name removed] know what they are doing which put all of us at ease.

They are always responsive to our changing needs (my mom has had surgeries, so in and out of hospital & rehab). They are also sensitive to elderly issues--care is for my mom and my dad isn't the easiest person to get along with and suffers from dementia.

I like that they are helpful. They make life easier by vacuuming my carpets. The caregivers will wash my kitchen floor and keep my husband entertained and awake so he can sleep at night. The office is ready to help whenever I have questions and they have my answers. They are all good. I like that they are always cheerful.

I like that we have had several different people, and they have all been wonderful. They help [name removed] and they help around the house. The caregiver is very thorough and pleasant. I have called a couple of time, and it has been great.

So far, they've been quite reliable. They provide regular and good service. Some are very good. One doesn't do as much extra stuff as the other does in terms of housekeeping activities. It's generally been one way from them to me, and that's been okay. We have a situation where they come for 3 hours. The first hour is pretty intensive. They get the patient out of bed. The remaining time is watching TV with the client. The two out of the 3 have been very good at changing the bed, doing laundry, and vacuumed.

I like that they've been responsive, and send good PCA's. They help the most by having well training providers that are competent and trained. One thing they do well is being independent, know what to do and know how to help and take suggestions. They help by responding positively when I have questions and try to help where ever they can. I appreciate that they are caring concerned knowledgeable helpful and prompt.

They were the ones that were most accommodating to what I was looking for him since I live out of state, and they were able to get services for an hour every day of the week. They had the most perky automated service, and it was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable, and it held its consistency when I spoke with director [name removed], he was so informative and compassionate. I like that the team goes above and beyond and that if I have an issue with any of the caregivers it's addressed and if I see fit that someone needed off our team they only ask what happened, and then they were off the team. They cook for him and genuinely care about him and do everything they can to keep him comfortable. They are god sends. Some things they do well is keeping consistency with the caregivers, they don't make him feel rushed, and respect his boundaries and understand when he has his "grumpy old man moments." When I've seemed fit to boot someone off the team they hear my concerns and my grandpa hasn't received any backlash from my discussions. I feel heard when I make a good report. I appreciate that they are consistent, has a good sense of humor which helps with mental and emotional health, and I can tell that he isn't just a pay check for them. I am so satisfied with their services, they've gone above and beyond what I expected. [name removed] and [name removed] are the two we have boiled down to be on my grandpas team, shout out to them.

Very friendly and caring. Very easy to speak with, they kept me informed as to what was going on, and if she had any needs and of her activities. They were very open to suggestions from me on how to deal with my mother-in-law's issues. And helped her have as much independence as possible.

All aides were very kind and ready to help. My husband enjoyed talking with them. Always on time and helped with home care as well as for husband.

First Light Home Care of Coeur d'Alene and Spokane provided exceptional in-home care for my mother. She required 24/7 personal care for her own safety and well being. The administrative staff were thorough, patient in repeated explanations for my aged mom, and generous in assisting the family with out-of-the-ordinary requests from health related businesses. Concerns were addressed quickly and respectfully. The caregivers were, overall, exemplary in arrival and caregiving methodologies. They were excellently trained in communication and caregiving skills. The caregivers were highly respectful of mom's discomfort with losing her independence and very gentle with her emotional and physical needs. Many times caregivers would provide care over and above expected duties. I highly recommend First Light home care for your loved one's needs!

They take great care of my husband and insist that I take breaks away from home. I have the utmost trust in all the caregivers that have cared for us.

The office staff answered all questions as they come up. The 1st caregiver was excellent and takes great care of my loved one. I am having issues with Aetna Senior Insurance in payments. Always Best Care is going above and beyond in helping me work through these Insurance issues.

I brought my, then 96 year old mother to live with me in November of 2022. I was honestly unprepared to deal with the degree of dementia that had overtaken her. Over the next months several well qualified women spent time with my mom allowing me to get back to the Y for exercise. Mom enjoyed all of them. Senior Helpers has been the best service and solution to assist with the care of my dad. I couldn’t be more happy and grateful for the peace of mind and my dad is very happy with his companion that visits twice a week.
