The agency is very responsible to scheduling. The service are very positive. The stability of caregivers could be improved because it takes a while to het someone trained up. The office staff has a timely response when changes happen. The caregiver needs to be able to handle the degree of difficulty of the patient, and have knowledge and strength.

B’Zoe met our needs for a caregiver for mom. They are flexible and the supervisor was always available and attentive to our needs. The caregiver is easy to talk to and has a comfortable rapport with mom.

Great caregivers on their staff. The owner and right hand person very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The first 5 or 6 caregivers were not good, the final one was awesome, but she left the company eventually. They need to know they're probably not going to get a hardworking, knowledgeable caregiver who follows the rules at first. (Ex, talking on phone numerous times, not doing ANY light housekeeping or light meal prep, even a sandwich, or refusing to move a small, normal weight person from wheelchair to bed). They have to just keep calling the company if things don't work out, and explain why. Eventually they should land upon a better caregiver. I liked the way the office staff worked with us on locating workers who could meet our scheduling needs too.

When the owner came out to interview us, my mom, my dad, the family she was amazing. We could not have been more happy with how she presented herself and the company.

My experience has been wonderful. The caregiver assigned by the office is an excellent fit. They understood the quirks of my mon in law and the minimal services needed for my 92 yr old mother in law and selected the perfect person. The caregiver they selected listens to her, plays games with her and follows her demands flawlessly. She is truly a Godsend and a beautiful person. We rest well knowing she is there. We are out of state so her presence helps my husband sleep well at night.

I have employed a caregiver for 6 hours (12 pm to 6pm) every day for my sister who is in Signature Nursing Home since [date removed]. My sister 89, is a stroke victim that caused her to be paralyzed on her left side. She is unable to feed herself, walk, bathe, get out of bed, turn in bed and use the toilet. It takes 2 people to transfer her using a Hoyalift.. She requires more attention than a staff nurse can provide and the caregivers provide that within the nursing home guidelines. I have been very pleased with the personnel they have provided.

The little time Cornerstone spent with my husband was good. My 2 gentleman were very attentive and caring. If my husband had lived longer or still with me, so would Cornerstone. Unfortunately, time stood still.

The owners (office managers) are always available, very willing to help, and attentive to emergencies -- quick to alert other family members. Care givers are very kind and helpful to their clients. They always try to help, meeting special needs and continually look for new ways to make clients comfortable and safe. The services provided make it much more possible for clients to live at home, rather than requiring care at another facility. The range of services, including housekeeping, transportation, food preparation and safety monitoring give the family a high level of confidence that their loved ones are in good hands.

I was especially impressed that they listened to our feedback and really try to find a provider who was a good fit. [name removed] was always available and very responsive. She listened to my input and provided us with help even when snow threatened to travel. [name removed] was an incredible provider who worked exceptionally hard. She was a lifesaver. We would absolutely recommend their home care services to others.

Our mom has been falling and having some other issues. After she got back from the rehab we had Amada Senior Care come in to help her with transferring and bathing. Amada has been great. We have been using them for 8 months so far. My mother loves her caregiver.

They responded promptly to our inquiry, were up front about services and rates and didn’t request full financials prior to service. The helper aide is courteous and kind and mom loves her, and looks forward to her visits each week. As moms needs expand, they are willing to work with us to find next level care should the need arise.

They have always filled the shift and worked with us to find the best fit for my Dad. Also the VA works with them so if the person is a veteran you may be able to get the care paid for by the VA,

The team was very responsive. Next day after hiring them they sent a superb caregiver to us that really helped us learn how to better manage mom through transitions and to get her to eat. Despite not wanting to engage mom promised to finish her Ensure and later when we commented on it she said “I promised her I would drink it all!” We loved it and were very grateful.

I liked that both her long term aids reached out afterwards to see how she's doing.

Handover care provided great care, professional and caring. They were on top of everything and always easy to get in touch with when our needs changed The aide was outstanding. She shaved and showered my father as at when due . she was kind, patient and knew how to work with Alzheimer’s clients. I highly recommend there service

Excellent service very professional took care of my father real good Excellent, professional, caring, trained care team with top notch administrative staff! They don’t miss a beat and my dad receives the home care he needs at age 91 with mobility issues. You take the worry out of my day!

The only thing I think that could be improve is upon is tracking....sometimes when staff arrived they would sit for 15 minutes in the car coming and leaving! This can take up the amount of hours spent, if you do that every day so an extra two/four hours that the client is paying for that the client actually did not get service for! However, OVERALL great!

Don't be shy about asking them to do things. That was my only criticism is that there wasn't a lot of initiative. Always willing to help if asked. We just weren't used to having a care giver so we weren't sure what all to expect.

Very friendly, caring, [name removed] meets with [name removed] periodically to talk through how everything is going. They are very good at communicating any concerns they have or things that need to be done.
