Home instead is a top quality home care provider. They responded quickly to my need for home assistance after hip surgery and the caregiver was very professional and attentive to my health and safety. It was a very easy process from start to finish and I would highly recommend them for any home care needs.

I was able to call 2nd family on a Friday afternoon requesting service to start on Monday and they immediately scheduled an onsite visit with a nurse on Saturday with help arriving in the AM on Monday morning. Very professional organization and I highly recommend the to take care of you loved one.

From beginning to end with 2nd Family this was such an easy process to set up and start when the nurses started coming. My mother responded to them immediately they were caring and helpful understanding and committed. [name removed] was mom‘s favorite [name removed] and I had several conversations and just keeping mom comfortable Getting her in her pajamas getting her teeth brushed, etc.. The staff at copper Ridge was always light on the weekends so I opted to have 2nd Family come in what a great decision that was I was traveling in December but I was only a phone call away if there was any issues And when I did get back, I could have canceled services, but she was enjoying them so much. I kept them on until she passed. Please know everyone from scheduling to the nurses to Summer. Everyone was so helpful and wonderful. I will recommend 2nd Family to anybody who may need their services. Thank you for all you did to keep my mother comfortable in her last month and to please let the nurses know

Like I mentioned on the other review for Civility. Among the many provider agencies that have served us, Civility Home Care has truly been the best. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had them in our lives. Their employees demonstrate exceptional expertise, professionalism, and kindness—exactly what we needed. They not only anticipated my husband’s needs but also taught me how to be a better caregiver. We both look forward to the aides’ arrival on their scheduled days, as their presence brings comfort and support. The staff is always responsive, easy to reach, and ready to assist whenever I have questions. We are deeply grateful for all that Civility Home Care does for us. Thank you!

I do recommend it. I'd like to add that if you are partial to a particular worker you can ask for them because sometimes they may rotate out. We were attracted to them because of the The flexibility in scheduling and availability. They don't penalize you if the customer pauses service. They also touch basis with me to verify it's okay that grandma pauses services because sometimes I'm unaware and can get her back in schedule.

Recently our grandmother had a fall and needed hip surgery. After she discharged from the hospital we spoke with Amada Senior Care and hired them. They have been fantastic so far. They help her bathing, exercise assistance and other things around the house. The communication from [name removed] and the rest of the staff has been great.

So thankful for their caregivers They took care of my parents and did a great job. High quality caregivers compared to other agencies. Professional on time and compassionate. I worked with several other companies that would never communicate or follow up with us during difficult times.

I can’t say enough nice things about [name removed] and the Amada Senior Care Team. They did a wonderful job with my grandfather. We can’t thank them enough. They helped our family with our grandfather in so many ways and they were wonderful.

I had two emergency after hours and they responded with some one to help me within 30 min both times were after 12: pm at night. They had excellent after hour response even at 1am in the morning

Cornerstone is still cheaper to take my brother to the doctor than the assisted living facility. Plus he likes and trusts them. They have been very good to us.

[name removed] and his team provided incredible care for my husband, who was bed-bound for nearly a year. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication made such a difference in his comfort and our family’s peace of mind. Each caregiver treated him with dignity and compassion. We're forever grateful for their support and highly recommend them!

Cornerstone was great. They proved high quality care givers. And set up a consistent schedule. If there was some one that didn't meet our needs they immediately replaced them with someone else. They were very professional and I would use their services again.

We had a great experience overall. The manager helping to organize and coordinate the schedule of caregivers was very professional and patient. The Home Health folks were terrific. Very patient and skilled to navigate [name removed] dementia and its challenges and also able to keep my mom informed and comfortable while she was away. It was a very positive experience for us.

I highly recommend them for home health care. Everything done by [name removed] was done very well. The caregiver was fantastic and very supportive of my family in the last days/hours of my sisters life. The health aide was very compassionate and helpful.
