Your administration left your workers in the lurch, communications with them were terrible and it took us 3 calls to get the services to end. We may not have given them enough to do, future people should know what they need and write it down.

They can improve with better communication. Yes would recommend you just have to really clear on your communication.

I'd say the administration staff was polite for the most part but seemed in a hurry when we have questions. The care staff has almost always been pleasant but training for caring and helping older patients around seems to be inconsistent as we've had a few different caregivers due to shifting schedules.

The care was very good. They called in sick a few times and it made them unreliable.

I'd give them a 3, because the 1st aid was only 18 yrs old and spent more time in her phone than being attentive to my dad. The subsequent ones were more attentive but we encountered scheduling conflicts. I would not recommend.

I had many different girls come because of no experience, the last one was the best with knowledge pleasantness and overall great personality. They were here mostly for cleaning. The owner was very nice and helpful. I guess it depends on each individual and their needs

I think they have a tough time staying properly staffed to make up for illness/emergencies. There has been a couple times we have gone without care because they couldn't staff the shift.

The admin I worked with was pleasant and responsive. The first caregiver [name removed] was experienced and very helpful. I was very pleased with her. The rest were inexperienced and unreliable Sometimes late and sometimes didn't show up. The last one [name removed] was terrible and the reason I dropped them. I would never use them again and would not recommend them.

I had at home care for my mom. I was surprised the lady my mom had didn't make anything sound like fun to get her motivated. The experience was sad I took care of her myself at least she had one loving, person that treated her like I would want to be treated by taking her out for rides, eating dinner together, watching TV and laughing.

The owner is very nice but there is terrible communication between the nurses and the administrative staff and most nurses know nothing about the case when they get there and about 1/2 lousy fits. They are also terrible with scheduling and give you calendars with a lot of blanks and no follow ups unless you ask.

The price was competitive though the caregivers were not what we anticipated and all made it clear what they would not do despite what we were told they would provide by the administrative staff. My mom was not likely the easiest to support as she was not going to push them to do very much. I often heard from her as to how little they did and that an uber driver would be better. She didn't want to make a big deal of it though referred to it as a waste of money for what they did.

[name removed], [name removed] and their dad are very friendly, understanding and accommodating. we have the very best caregiver ever. We have had 6, 5 of whom were not. It was trial and error. [name removed] and [name removed] are outstanding. - not worth [fee removed] an hour. Mostly because the caregiver gets so very little. Caregivers should get at least 25. They don't make near that. The agencies business, in adult caregiving, is to provide home care for families that cannot do it themselves, or choose not to do it all the time. It's much like a babysitter. Are you going to want the babysitter who makes them cry, or who sits on her phone the whole time? Or who doesn't ask what they want to do? NO. Their ADL tasks never mention building a relationship with the client. That's the problem.

[name removed] is very nice and compassionate, but I don't think he vets his staff well enough: one shouldn't be hired just because they have experience taking care of a parent. I think he needs to hire someone with management experience to train and spontaneously check in on staff frequently and make sure they have the supplies they need. Communication seems to collapse a bit. I think he is trying to do everything himself and that is not how to run a business.

We only had care for a few hours....the first caregiver did well but the 2nd left within a short bit of time. My mother we know was a difficult patient but we were not happy they left so quickly which created its own issues that day. Most of our experience was pretty good. The quick response to getting care was very good. The one caretaker just up and leaving was unacceptable.

Hardest is finding a reliable caregiver. I am only doing four hours a week so I haven't had a reliable steady person.

They overcharged my mom $[removed] and never made it right. I do not recommend their services.

Some care takers a 5 others a zero, still having a legal issue with one of the care takers, and the administrative staff did not let me know about the issue, so they get a 1. Quality of care dependent in which care taker. Value (cost) is about what I expected.

Their prices were cheaper than other agencies. The caregivers weren't trained in dementia/care like I was initially told. I work in the hospital and my schedule varies a lot. We didn't get a consistent caregiver. Despite a "care plan" I still had to repeat myself. They didn't provide their English speaking caregivers resources for interpreting. And I was told they weren't required to. The conversational aspect of the caregiving was not optimized. I was disappointed. My mom noticed that the care givers would talk on their phone with friends or family. I'm ok to pay more for Spanish speaking caregivers

We stopped using them after they failed to have a caregiver show up on the weekend when we did not have coverage. Staff seemed friendly. It was easy to get things set up, get initial assessment. It disrupted work plans when no one came to care for my mother.
