My caregivers are awesome for my dad. Granted , we had to go thru a few to find the right fit for my dad, but overall I am quite pleased with the caretakers, the schedulers and the company in general.

I was impressed with the flexibility of the entire group when changes happened, and the direct care when my Mom became tricky was genuine and helpful.

If you are in need of a home companion, you can do absolutely no better than Senior Helpers. We have had two different people in the last six months. Each was excellent. Both of the people whom we had were willing to do absolutely anything that needed to be done. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient.

I am happy I found Synergy HomeCare as I needed a break from caring for my mom every once in a while. What I really like about this company is that I don’t have to use them on a scheduled basis. I can call a few days ahead of time and schedule someone to sit with my mom. The prices are comparable to other agencies but I am not tied to their schedule. It has been exactly what I needed.

We love working the management and staff at Unity Love. They are professional but more importantly they have shown tremendous empathy toward my parents. When there are issues they let you know and are quick to respond to requests. They are a true blessing.

She has also been super sweet and patient with all 3 my children (they’re all 3 and under!) coming in and out of her space, which means so much to me. Having her help my mom has been an enormous relief for me during a very busy season of life, and it has also given my mom comfort in knowing she has someone she can rely on without feeling like she is adding more to my plate. [Name Removed] and the senior helpers have been coming out to help my grandma, for as long as I can remember and I've never had a complaint about the assistance in doing the things my grandmother needs help with from her bath to sweeping and mopping even the dishes and laundry. A key piece of arranging home health care is for both the provider and the recipients of services to be saying the right things about what is to be done, when, by whom, where, etc. Griswold staff do that

We have had a very pleasant experience with home Helpers. Very professional, great communication, trained caregivers always asking how they can assist. I would highly recommend. A bit pricey but we have had no problem with getting caregivers on weekends as they pay them more.

My dealings with Home Instead Ravenna occurred during the investigation phase. Unfortunately my father passed away prior to implementing Home Instead Ravenna. Senior Helpers assigned a wonderful woman to help me care for my mother during her last days. She assisted me with dr visits, food prep and companionship. She also suggested ways to make things run more smoothly. I appreciated her friendship and service to my mother and her friendship towards me and my family.

I am finding Caring Folks to be very caring and responsive. The manager is always on top of things. The caregiver gives excellent service.

Before my mom passed I had home health care workers come in and they really bonded with her and even checked on her while she was in a hospice facility.

The home health aide that Home care plus sent was simply wonderful. She was always on time, developed a great rapport with my father, figured out how to best help my mother with his care, and was an angel the day he died and going over there the next morning before I could make it home to my mom. It was helpful that the company was willing to do a four hour minimum instead of longer hours since that's all I could talk my parents into as a starting point even though they should certainly have had more. The company was very helpful in helping navigate insurance and make that a low lift on our part.
